A product manager for your project, without a full-time hire

We take over product decisions: what to build first, what to drop, and how to keep developers aligned with the business goal. You get a senior PM at a fraction of the cost of a staff hire.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Founders who manage development themselves and are overloaded
  • Startups building an MVP (first working version) without a product lead
  • Companies whose website, CRM and ads evolve separately
  • Teams where developers and the business disagree on what "done" means

Problems we solve

The wish list keeps growing and nobody knows what comes first

We collect every idea in one backlog (the list of product tasks), score each by impact and effort, and agree the order with you. You can see why one task sits above another.

Developers build something different from what you meant

We write short specs with acceptance criteria: what must work and how to check it. We accept work against those criteria, not by gut feeling.

New features ship but leads and sales do not move

Each change gets one metric, tracked in Google Analytics 4 and your CRM. If a feature does not move the metric, we say so and change the plan.

A full-time product hire is expensive and risky

You pay only for the share of a PM the project needs. Contracts are monthly, and you can pause or change the package.

What's included

  • Interviews with you and key team members: goals, limits, budget
  • Audit of the current product: site, funnel, CRM, ads, workflows
  • A an agreed period roadmap with clear milestones
  • A backlog in Jira, Linear or Notion: you pick the tool, we set it up
  • User stories and developer tasks with acceptance criteria
  • A weekly sync: what shipped, what is blocked, what is next
  • Metrics setup in GA4, Looker Studio and your CRM
  • Acceptance testing before each release goes live
  • Spotting where an AI agent or automation can remove routine work
  • A monthly report: what worked, what did not, what we change

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit and plan

We review what exists: site, CRM, ads, code, tasks. We build a roadmap and agree it with you.

03

Pilot with one metric

The first month focuses on a single measurable goal, such as form leads or customer response time. We agree it with you before we start.

04

Weekly rhythm

A sync every week, a report every month. Payment in stages, no six-month prepayment.

05

Handover or renewal

All accounts, backlog and documents are yours under the agreed terms. You can continue with us or hand the project to your own product lead.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a specific sales increase: a PM brings order to the work, but market and demand are outside our control
  • We do not write code or do design in this package: those are separate services or your own contractors
  • We do not replace the owner in strategic decisions: we advise and prepare options, you decide

FAQ

How is a PM different from a project manager?

A project manager makes sure work is delivered on time and on budget. A product manager decides what is worth building and why. We can cover both roles, and we state this in the contract.

How many hours a week does the PM spend on my project?

The part-time package is a few hours a week, and the embedded package is considerably more. We fix the exact hours in the contract after the audit.

Which tools do you use?

Jira, Linear, Notion, Trello, Figma for mockups, GA4 and Looker Studio for metrics, and common CRMs such as HubSpot or Pipedrive. If you already have a tool, we work in it.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site, analytics, CRM and task tracker, plus about an hour a week for the sync and quick answers to questions. Without access and decisions on your side, a PM cannot move the project.

Can your PM work with my external developers?

Yes, we often work with the client's own contractors. The PM writes the tasks, accepts the results and checks them against the metric. We work in English or Ukrainian.

What if there is no result?

The first month runs as a pilot with an agreed metric. If we see the plan is not working, we say so and change it. The contract is monthly, and you can stop without penalty after the package minimum.
