AI agents that do the routine work inside your systems

An agent does more than answer in a chat window. It logs into your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and messengers and completes tasks by your rules.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Sales teams that lose hours entering leads into the CRM and chasing follow-ups
  • Support teams that answer the same questions daily and dig through documents for answers
  • Founders who stitch reports together from several spreadsheets and tools
  • Companies with a website and paid traffic where leads get processed too slowly

Problems we solve

Leads come in from the website, but a person replies only the next day

The agent qualifies the lead right away: asks follow-up questions, writes the data into the CRM, assigns an owner and creates a task. Hard cases go to a person with a short summary.

My team copies data between the CRM, spreadsheets and email

We connect the agent to those tools through their APIs (the programmatic interface each service offers). It moves data, updates statuses and builds reports on a schedule.

I worry the AI will make things up or do something it shouldn't

We limit its permissions: what it can read, what it can change and what it can only suggest. Risky actions such as payments, deletions or emails to clients wait for human approval. Every step is logged.

I can't tell whether this will pay off

We start with a pilot on one task. Together we pick a metric, for example first-response time or leads processed per week, and measure it before and after.

What's included

  • Process review: where time is lost and which single task the agent should take first
  • Written rules for the agent: what it does alone, what it hands to a person, what it never does
  • Connections to your tools: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho), email, Google Sheets, Slack, Telegram
  • Workflow logic built on n8n or Make with Claude or GPT models, depending on the task
  • A knowledge base for the agent: your price lists, policies, answers to common questions
  • A test set of real cases to check the agent before launch
  • Action log and error alerts
  • Hand-off to a person when the agent is not confident
  • Team instructions and transfer of all accounts and access to you

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

Teams that want to test the idea on one task with a measurable result

  • Process review and KPI selection
  • One agent for one task
  • Connection to 1–2 systems
  • Testing on real data and team training
Discuss this scope
02

Working agent

Companies where the agent should reliably run a whole process, such as lead handling

  • Several scenarios in one agent
  • Connection to 3–4 systems
  • Knowledge base and human hand-off rules
  • Action log, alerts and a monitoring view
Discuss this scope
03

Agent system

Businesses with several departments where agents work together: sales, support, reporting

  • Several agents with separate roles
  • Integrations with all key systems
  • Access levels and approval steps
  • Test set and a roadmap for further work

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We agree on one task and one success metric. Payment is in stages: start, prototype, launch.

03

Build and test

We connect the systems, write the rules and test the agent on real cases from your history.

04

Supervised launch

The agent runs while a person reviews its steps. We widen its permissions once results are stable.

05

Handover and support

All accounts, files and access are yours under the agreed terms. After launch you can take a support plan or run the agent yourself.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise the agent will never make a mistake. That is why critical actions require human approval.
  • We do not replace your whole team. The agent removes routine work, while judgment calls in unusual situations stay with people.
  • We do not take on a process that is undocumented and changes constantly. We sort that out first.

FAQ

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent also acts: it creates a CRM record, updates a status, sends an email or builds a report. If you only need a bot that answers questions, that is a smaller and cheaper project: an AI chatbot

What is included in the price, and what do we pay separately?

The price covers development, setup and testing. You pay separately for model usage (Claude, GPT) and for tools like n8n or Make. We open those accounts in your name, so you see every cost.

What do you need from us?

A description of the process, access to your systems, examples of real leads or emails, and one person who can decide edge cases. Without access and examples, the agent will be weaker.

Is it safe to give an agent access to customer data?

We grant the minimum permissions needed, use separate keys and log every action. For clients in the EU we account for GDPR by choosing providers and settings that allow compliant use.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Mistakes happen, so we catch them before launch with a test set and afterwards through the log. When the agent is unsure it hands the case to a person, and risky actions wait for approval.

How much does support cost after launch?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.
