A part-time CTO who keeps your tech decisions sound and your vendors honest

We make the technical calls: what to build, on which stack, who builds it and what it costs. You get senior judgment without a full-time salary.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Founders running a product or website without a technical partner
  • Companies paying agencies or freelancers who cannot verify the work
  • Businesses planning AI agents or a CRM and unsure where to start
  • Startups before launch or before hiring a technical co-founder

Problems we solve

My developer says "it has to be this way" and I can't check

We review proposals, code and estimates, and explain in plain language what is sound and what is padded. The decision stays with you.

The site, CRM and tools don't talk to each other

We map your systems and data flows, then decide which integration comes first so leads stop getting lost.

A full-time CTO costs too much for half a day of work

You buy a fixed number of hours per month. You pay for the need you actually have.

The vendor holds all the accounts and code

We move accounts, repositories and domains to your name and keep an access register that belongs to you.

What's included

  • Technical audit of your site, systems and vendors
  • Stack selection (the set of technologies) for your budget and timeline
  • Architecture: diagrams of systems, databases and integrations
  • Technical briefs for vendors and developers
  • Code review and delivery acceptance
  • Developer sourcing and interviews
  • Security plan: access, backups, updates
  • Assessment of AI use cases: where an agent actually saves time
  • Weekly call and status report
  • Access register and documentation owned by you

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Technical audit

We review your site, systems and vendor contracts, then list risks and priorities.

03

90-day plan

We set goals, deadlines and a pilot with a measurable KPI. You approve the plan.

04

Weekly rhythm

A weekly call and report. Decisions, code review, vendor oversight.

05

Staged payment and handover

Payment is split into stages. All accounts and documents are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't write all the code ourselves: we lead technical decisions, and development may be done by vendors
  • We don't guarantee a specific sales increase: we answer for technical quality and clear decisions
  • We are not a replacement for a full-time CTO if you need one every day

FAQ

How is a fractional CTO different from a consultant?

A consultant gives advice and leaves. A fractional CTO runs your projects weekly, checks vendors and owns the technical direction for the length of the contract.

How many hours do I get?

It depends on the package: from a single call to 40 hours per month. We fix the scope in the contract and report weekly.

Can you work with my current vendor?

Yes. We don't replace them. We review their work, write the briefs and accept deliverables. If the vendor is weak, we suggest alternatives.

What do I need to provide?

Access to your site, hosting and CRM, plus any documentation you have. We also need one decision-maker available for a weekly call.

Can I end the contract early?

We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. All files and access are already yours.

How do you use AI?

We use AI for audits, documentation and assessing use cases. A senior specialist makes the decisions, not the model. We tell you plainly where AI won't help.
