This Policy explains how OLYU GROUP LLC (brand Yucod, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA) handles personal data collected through yucod.com and in the course of providing our services. We are the data controller.
What we collect
- Enquiries and project briefs: your name, contact details (email, phone or Telegram), company, website and the project information you choose to send.
- Client and billing data: names, company details and invoices needed to deliver services and keep accounting records.
- Payments: handled by our payment providers (for example Stripe, Paddle or Wise). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four card digits, never the full card number.
- Website analytics: aggregated, first-party page and form-step statistics. We do not use advertising trackers, and analytics are not recorded when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support services, issue invoices and receive payments, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the website. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, payment processing, accounting), with professional advisers, or when the law requires. Some providers are located in the United States or other countries; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years.
