A marketing director on a part-time basis: a plan, clear numbers, and control over your vendors

A fractional CMO sets goals, builds the plan, and makes sure your ad budget earns its place. You get senior decisions without a full-time salary.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Founders who run marketing themselves and are running out of time
  • Companies spending on Google or Meta ads without knowing what pays back
  • Startups that are not ready for a full-time CMO
  • Businesses with several vendors where nobody owns the overall result

Problems we solve

We pay for ads but can't tell which leads turn into sales

We set up end-to-end tracking, from the first click to the paid invoice: GA4, site events, and a CRM link. Reports show cost per customer, not just clicks.

Our agency reports reach and impressions, but sales are flat

We give each vendor targets in leads and cost per lead. We check their reports, ad accounts, and settings, and we say so plainly if a vendor is underperforming.

We have no marketing plan, we just do whatever comes up

We write a quarterly plan: channels, budgets, hypotheses, expected metrics. Each week we review what worked and move budget accordingly.

A full-time CMO is too expensive, and a freelancer only executes

We take on strategy and oversight for a fraction of the time. Execution can stay with your team, ours, or your vendors.

What's included

  • Audit of current marketing: channels, ads, website, analytics, and funnel
  • Quarterly marketing strategy with a budget per channel
  • A pilot with one measurable KPI, a fixed deadline, and a clear success criterion
  • Analytics setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, events, UTM tags, CRM integration
  • Vendor management: briefs, ad account checks, report reviews
  • Weekly or biweekly calls to go through the numbers
  • Monthly report: spend, leads, cost per lead, sales, and conclusions
  • Help with positioning, offer, and copy for the site and ads
  • Hiring support: job descriptions and interviews if you decide to build an in-house team
  • Ideas for AI automation: lead replies, chatbot, CRM reporting

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit and access

You give us access to ad accounts, analytics, and CRM. All accounts stay yours under the agreed terms. We review what works and what doesn't.

03

Plan and pilot

We write the quarterly plan and launch a pilot tied to one measurable KPI. We agree up front on the metric we will judge it by.

04

Weekly direction

We read the numbers, brief vendors, and shift budgets. Decisions are written down so you can see the reasoning.

05

Monthly report and review

We show spend, leads, cost per lead, and sales. Together we decide what to scale and what to stop. Payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a set number of leads or sales. We set a KPI for the pilot, but the market and your product also shape the result.
  • We don't replace your sales team. If leads go unanswered, marketing can't fix that.
  • Ad spend is not included in our fee. You pay ad platforms directly from your own account.

FAQ

How is a fractional CMO different from a marketing agency?

An agency usually sells execution: ads, design, copy. A fractional CMO owns strategy, numbers, and oversight. They can work alongside an agency and check its output.

How many hours a week will you spend on my project?

It depends on the package. We agree the scope in advance: number of calls, reports, and tasks. If you need more, we tell you right away and quote it.

What do you need from me?

Access to ad accounts, analytics, CRM, and the website. We also need sales data and one decision-maker on your side. Without these we work blind.

Can I start with an audit and skip the long contract?

Yes. The audit and plan are sold separately. After it, you decide whether you want monthly direction or would rather carry out the plan yourself.

Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?

Yes. We work with clients in Ukraine, the EU, the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. Prices for international clients are published in euros on this site.

Who owns the accounts and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
