Several AI agents that run a complex process together, from request to result

A single AI agent loses the thread when a task is long and has many steps. We split the process into roles: one gathers data, one drafts, one checks. They share one workflow and hand edge cases to a person. It comes after your website and lead flow: routine work goes to automation, and your team handles customers.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies where one process passes through several teams and tools
  • Support or sales teams with high request volume where a single chatbot falls short
  • Teams that manually collect data, prepare documents and review them
  • Businesses with an existing CRM or knowledge base they want to connect to AI

Problems we solve

Our chatbot handles simple questions but breaks on anything complex

We split the work between agents: one classifies the request, one finds the answer in your data, one checks it before sending. Anything unresolved goes to a person with full context.

People copy data by hand between CRM, spreadsheets, email and chat

We connect agents to these systems through APIs. The agent updates the customer record, creates the task and posts to the right channel.

I'm afraid the AI will make things up and harm a customer

We add a reviewer agent, limits on allowed actions and a log of every step. Critical actions such as refunds require human approval.

I can't tell what this will cost or whether it will pay off

We start with a pilot on one process and an agreed KPI, such as time to handle a request. You decide on the next step based on measured results.

What's included

  • Process review and role map: what each agent does and where a human steps in
  • Framework choice: LangGraph (a graph of steps with shared state) or CrewAI (a crew of role-based agents)
  • Agent setup and prompt design for your process
  • Knowledge base and retrieval over your documents (RAG)
  • Integrations with CRM, email, messengers and spreadsheets via API
  • Reviewer agent and rules for escalating to a human
  • Action log and a test set built from real requests
  • Deployment on your server or cloud, under your accounts
  • Documentation and a training session for your team

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

One process and two or three roles, to test the idea against a KPI

  • Process and role map
  • 2–3 agents on LangGraph or CrewAI
  • 1–2 integrations
  • Testing on real requests

02

Working system

Businesses ready to run the system in daily operations

  • Up to 5 agents with review step
  • Knowledge base (RAG)
  • 3–4 integrations, including CRM
  • Action log and human handoff

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Role map

We draw who does what, where the agent acts alone and where it asks a person. You approve it.

03

Pilot

We build a minimal version for one process and test it on your real requests.

04

Measure and refine

We compare results with the KPI, fix weak spots and add checks.

05

Launch and handover

We deploy on your accounts and hand over access and documentation. Payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise agents never make mistakes: checks and human review reduce the risk but don't remove it
  • We won't automate a process that isn't defined and looks different every time: it needs to be put in order first
  • We don't guarantee a specific business effect before the pilot: we agree on a KPI and measure it

FAQ

How is a multi-agent system different from a chatbot?

A chatbot usually follows one scenario. In a multi-agent system, several agents split the work: they look up data, act in the CRM and check the result. It suits long processes that need different skills.

LangGraph or CrewAI: which one?

LangGraph gives tighter control over steps and state, so it fits processes with clear rules. CrewAI is quicker to assemble when you need a crew of role-based agents. The choice depends on your process, and we explain it after the brief.

Do I need my own knowledge base?

Ideally you have documents, guidelines and past conversations. If not, we help build a base from what exists. The cleaner the data, the more reliable the agents.

What do model API costs look like after launch?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Who owns the code, accounts and access?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Can we start small?

Yes, that is what the pilot is for. We take one process, set a KPI and test it. If the result works, we expand. If not, you have only paid for the pilot.
