Articles, posts and product copy every week, without building a content department

We set up a content pipeline that follows your brand rules. AI produces the drafts, a human editor checks facts and tone. You get regular content for less than a traditional agency charges.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Business owners with a blog that nobody has time to write
  • Online stores with hundreds of products and thin descriptions
  • Companies that want steady posting on LinkedIn, Instagram or newsletters
  • Marketing leads who need more output without hiring

Problems we solve

Our blog hasn't been updated in six months. No time, no writer.

We build a monthly content plan and deliver finished articles every week. You approve topics and the final text, nothing more.

AI copy all sounds the same and reads like a chatbot.

Before we start, we write a tone guide from your real texts: sample phrases, banned words, how you address customers. An editor rewrites every draft against it.

I'm afraid AI will invent facts and embarrass us in front of customers.

The pipeline works from your own knowledge base: pricing, FAQ, specs. The editor checks claims and numbers against sources and sends anything doubtful back to you.

Writing descriptions for 500 products would take months, and a copywriter is expensive.

We take your spec sheet, generate descriptions from a template, spot-check and fix them, then upload in bulk.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Tone guide and knowledge base

We collect your texts, price lists and customer answers. From them we write the style rules and load the facts into the pipeline.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We produce a few pieces and agree on a measurable target together: number of edits, approval time, search positions for chosen queries.

04

Weekly cycle

AI drafts, an editor revises, you approve, we publish. A typical piece goes through this in a few days.

05

Report and adjustment

Once a month we review what performs and update the plan. Payment is in stages, and all accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise top-3 Google rankings or a set traffic number. Rankings depend on your site and competitors too.
  • We don't write medical, legal or financial advice without review by your own specialist. Those texts go live only after sign-off.
  • We don't pass raw AI output off as finished. Every piece is read by a person, but it won't be perfect on day one: the first weeks go into tuning the tone.

FAQ

Will Google penalize AI-written content?

Google judges whether a page is useful, not how it was written. Mass-produced raw drafts do tend to drop in search. That's why we add facts from your knowledge base, human editing and concrete examples.

What do I need to provide to start?

Access to your site or social accounts, pricing, service descriptions and 5–10 sample texts you like. We also need an hour or two to talk about your customers and tone. If you have a subject expert, they review complex topics now and then.

Can you write in other languages?

Yes. We write in English and Ukrainian, and other European languages by agreement. Each language gets its own tone guide, and we don't do word-for-word translation.

How do you check facts?

Drafts rely on your knowledge base, which cuts down invention. The editor checks numbers, names and claims against sources. Anything we can't confirm is removed or sent to you as a question.

Who owns the texts and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
