An AI agent inside your Microsoft 365 or AWS that takes over routine work

We build AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock. The agent answers from your documents, logs requests and hands hard cases to your people.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies already running on Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
  • Teams whose infrastructure already lives in AWS
  • Support, sales and HR teams with a large base of documents and procedures
  • Businesses with security requirements that cannot send data to random third-party tools

Problems we solve

Staff spend part of every day searching files and chats for answers.

We connect the agent to SharePoint, OneDrive or S3 storage. It answers from your documents and shows the source of each answer.

We already pay for Microsoft 365 or AWS, but nobody has set up the AI side.

We use the tools you already own. No new platform to buy and no data moved to an unfamiliar service.

We worry the agent will invent answers or expose the wrong files.

We restrict the agent to your knowledge base, set access permissions and add guardrails (Bedrock Guardrails or Copilot Studio content controls). When it does not know, it says so and hands the chat to a person.

Routine requests, emails and approvals eat the team's time.

We connect the agent to Power Automate (Microsoft's workflow tool), your CRM and email. It creates tickets, fills in records and triggers the next steps.

  • Integrations through Power Automate, APIs, your CRM or email
  • Permissions, roles and conversation logging
  • Guardrails: blocked topics and answer limits
  • Testing with real questions from your staff or customers
  • Training for the person who will maintain the knowledge base
  • Handover of all accounts, files and access to you

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

For testing the idea on one scenario with a clear KPI

  • One scenario, for example answers from internal procedures
  • Knowledge base of up to 30 documents
  • One channel: Teams or web chat
  • KPI measurement during the pilot
Discuss this scope
02

Working agent

For a team that wants the agent in daily work

  • Up to 3 scenarios
  • Integration with CRM, email or Power Automate
  • Permissions and guardrails
  • Handoff of complex cases to a person
  • Team training

03

Company agent

For large knowledge bases, several departments and security requirements

  • Several agents or one agent with branching logic
  • Integrations with internal systems via API
  • Environment setup in AWS or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Conversation logs and reports for managers
  • Documentation for your IT team

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Platform and KPI

We choose Copilot Studio or Bedrock based on your stack. We agree on a measurable pilot goal, such as how many questions the agent resolves without a person.

03

Data and build

You provide documents and access. We prepare the knowledge base, configure the agent and build the integrations.

04

Test on real questions

We run the agent against genuine requests, fix weak spots and tighten the answer limits.

05

Launch and training

We launch to a small group first, then widen access. We train your person to update the knowledge base.

06

Handover and support

All accounts, files and access are yours under the agreed terms. You can keep us on for support or run the agent yourselves.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise error-free answers. We reduce the risk, but we cannot remove it entirely.
  • Microsoft licences, AWS usage and model costs are not included in our price. You pay them directly to the vendor, and we help estimate the amount upfront.
  • We do not clean up your documents for you. If procedures are outdated or contradict each other, the agent will answer inconsistently too.

FAQ

Copilot Studio or Amazon Bedrock: which one should we pick?

Copilot Studio fits teams on Microsoft 365 and Teams that want a fast launch with little code. Bedrock fits teams with AWS infrastructure or those needing more flexible logic and a choice of models. We make the final call during the brief.

Do we need Microsoft licences or an AWS account?

Yes. Copilot Studio needs your Microsoft tenant and the right licence. Bedrock needs an AWS account with access to the chosen models enabled. Everything is set up under your ownership.

Will the agent see confidential data?

Only the data we give it access to. We set permissions at the data source and role level. Before launch we review with your IT team who can see what.

What does it cost to run after launch?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

What is a pilot with a KPI?

A small launch on one scenario with one number we measure, for example how many routine questions the agent resolves without a person. If the result falls short, you find out before committing to a larger budget.

Can the agent connect to our CRM and website?

Yes. It can create CRM records, answer in a web chat and trigger Power Automate flows. For non-standard systems we use APIs. Integration complexity affects the package and the timeline.
