Every call transcribed, scored and summarized, without anyone listening

AI turns call recordings into text, scores them against your own checklist and writes a short summary of each one. You see where agents lose customers without spending hours on spot checks.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Sales teams making dozens of calls a day per rep
  • Call centers and support desks with call quality standards
  • Owners who listen to two or three recordings a week and miss the full picture
  • Companies on VoIP or a cloud PBX that already store recordings

Problems we solve

I don't have time to listen to calls, so I don't know what customers are told

AI transcribes each recording and writes a 3–5 line summary: what was discussed, how it ended, what the next step is. You read it in a minute instead of listening for ten.

Quality scoring depends on who reviews the call and their mood

We turn your QA checklist into scoring rules: greeting, needs discovery, objection handling, agreed next step. Every call is scored against the same criteria.

We get leads but few sales, and nobody knows why

Reports show the most common rejection reasons and repeated objections. You see where conversations break down and can fix the script.

Reps don't log call notes in the CRM

The summary and next step are pushed to the customer record automatically, provided your CRM has an open API (a way for other tools to connect).

  • Tags: complaint, objection, competitor mention, buying intent

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

Together we pick a measurable target, for example how closely AI scores match your reviewer's on a sample of calls. We run the pilot on your recordings.

03

Scoring calibration

We review disagreements, refine the rules and check transcription on your jargon and product names.

04

Integration and launch

We connect the PBX, CRM and reports. All accounts and files are in your name under the agreed terms.

05

Handover and support

We show you how to read reports and edit the checklist. Ongoing support is optional and priced separately.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise perfect transcription: noise, strong accents and poor audio produce errors
  • We don't replace your team lead: AI flags calls to review, and decisions about people stay with you
  • We don't handle consent: you must tell customers that calls are recorded, as local law requires

FAQ

What do you need to start?

20–50 sample calls in mp3 or wav and your QA checklist. If you don't have a checklist, we help draft one from a few call reviews.

Which languages and accents work?

Major languages work well, mixed-language calls and heavy accents less so. We measure real error rates on your recordings during the pilot, before full launch.

Which phone systems does it work with?

Any that gives access to recordings via API or file export. We check your system before starting so there are no surprises.

Where is call data stored?

In storage that you own. We set up access and keep no copies without your consent. For personal data we can add masking of phone numbers and names.

Can we evaluate agents on AI scores alone?

We advise against it. AI scoring is a filter that shows which calls to listen to. Final conclusions are better made after reviewing disputed cases.

What does ongoing operation cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.
