Inbound leads screened and booked into your calendar

An AI agent replies to new enquiries within minutes, asks the questions your sales team would ask, and filters out poor fits. Qualified leads get a slot in your calendar, and your team sees a short summary in the CRM. It connects the customers your site brings in with the routine you no longer need to do by hand.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Service businesses that take bookings: clinics, studios, home services, consultants
  • B2B companies and agencies that need budget and scope clarified before a sales call
  • Teams getting leads from a website, ads and messengers with no one to reply fast
  • Owners losing enquiries outside working hours

Problems we solve

A lead waits an hour for a reply and books with a competitor

The agent replies right away, at any hour. It finds out what the person needs and offers free slots.

Half the enquiries are poor fits or have no budget

Together we define the criteria: service, budget, timing, location. The agent asks accordingly and tags each lead as hot, warm or not a fit.

Sales reps waste time going back and forth on meeting times

The agent connects to your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook or similar), sees real availability and creates the event. The lead gets a confirmation and reminder.

Lead data is scattered across chats and spreadsheets

Every conversation lands in your CRM or sheet with source, answers and status. No manual copying.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Criteria and script

We agree who counts as a good lead, which questions to ask and when to pass the conversation to a person.

03

Build and connect

We set up the agent, calendar, CRM and alerts. All accounts are created under your name.

04

Testing

We run typical and tricky conversations, then adjust answers and the cases where the agent should stay quiet or call a human.

05

Launch and KPI check

The agent goes live on real traffic. We review conversations and measure the agreed KPI. Payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of bookings or sales. That depends on your traffic, pricing and offer
  • We don't promise the agent will never make a mistake. That's why we build human hand-off and a conversation log you can review
  • We don't replace your salespeople in complex deals. The agent prepares the lead for a conversation; it doesn't run it for you

FAQ

What do you need from me to start?

A description of your services and prices, common customer questions, working hours, and access to your calendar and CRM. Examples of real conversations help us match tone and criteria.

Will people know they're talking to a bot?

Yes. We don't pass the agent off as a person. It introduces itself as an assistant and hands over to a human quickly when needed. We match the tone to your brand.

Which calendars and CRMs does it work with?

Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and most popular CRMs with an API (a way for programs to exchange data). If your system is unusual, we check feasibility before you pay.

What happens if the agent doesn't know the answer?

It doesn't make things up. It says it will check, and passes the conversation to your team with a short summary. You also get an alert for these cases.

What are the monthly costs?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Who owns the accounts and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
