A Telegram bot or Mini App that takes orders, bookings and payments for you

We build apps inside Telegram: from a simple bot to a Mini App (a web app that opens right in the chat) with a catalog, cart and payments. Customers install nothing, and you get leads and data in one place. It connects the site to automation: the bot takes customers from ads and your website and passes them to your CRM.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Service businesses with bookings: salons, clinics, studios, freelancers
  • Shops and producers who want orders without a separate mobile app
  • Course creators and consultants selling access or sessions
  • Companies that need an internal bot for requests, reports and reminders

Problems we solve

Customers message you on Telegram, replies come late and leads get lost

The bot answers instantly, asks the needed questions and writes the lead into your CRM or spreadsheet. Your manager gets a ready order instead of a messy chat.

A native mobile app is expensive and nobody installs it

A Mini App runs inside Telegram, so there is nothing to download. Login is one tap with no passwords, because Telegram already knows the user.

Repeat sales depend on someone remembering to message the customer

We set up scenario-based reminders and follow-ups: booking confirmation, visit reminder, offer after purchase. Users can opt out themselves.

Payments and confirmations are handled manually in chat

We connect a payment provider supported by Telegram, or your own payment gateway. The order status updates automatically.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We agree on one measurable goal, such as the number of leads through the bot in a month. We launch a minimal version and look at the numbers.

03

Design and flows

We design the screens and write the dialogues. You approve everything before development starts.

04

Build and test

We build the bot or Mini App, connect payments and CRM, and test on real scenarios.

05

Launch and handover

We launch, train your team and hand over all accounts and access. Payment is staged against results.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of leads or sales: that depends on traffic, pricing and your product
  • We don't run mass messaging without user consent: Telegram bans such bots
  • We don't replace a full native app if you need system push notifications or offline mode

FAQ

What is the difference between a bot and a Mini App?

A bot talks through buttons and messages in the chat. A Mini App opens like a website inside Telegram and gives a full interface: catalog, calendar, account area. A bot is enough for simple tasks; orders and payments work better in a Mini App.

Do I need my own server?

No. We deploy on cloud hosting registered under your account. Hosting costs are usually small and depend on load. We tell you the amount before work starts.

How do payments work in a bot?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

What do you need from me?

A description of your process, texts and prices, your logo and brand colors, and access to your CRM or spreadsheet. You also need a BotFather account (Telegram's official tool for creating bots); we help set it up under your name.

Can the bot work with my website and ads?

Yes. Ads or the site send people to the bot, the bot collects the lead and the CRM records the source. That shows which channel brings customers. It is part of our chain: website, customers, automation.

Who owns the bot and the code?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
