An API that connects your website, app and tools into one system

We build APIs (the interface programs use to exchange data) in REST or GraphQL, with documentation and tests. Your website, CRM, payments and other tools work together instead of through manual copying. Price and timeline are clear before we start, and all access is yours under the agreed terms.

Who it's for

  • Product owners and SaaS founders who need a backend for a web or mobile app
  • Businesses whose website, CRM, billing and inventory don't share data
  • Companies that want to open an API to partners or customers
  • Teams stuck with an undocumented legacy API that nobody dares to touch

Problems we solve

Someone copies data from the website into the CRM by hand

We build an integration so leads, orders and payments flow into your CRM and accounting automatically. Errors are logged and retried, so no data is lost.

Our mobile app and website behave differently

We build one API as the single source of data and rules. The web frontend and the app both use it instead of duplicating logic.

The original developer left and nobody understands the API

We audit the code, document existing endpoints in an OpenAPI spec and add tests. Then we fix or gradually rewrite what needs it.

We're worried the integration will break under load

We add rate limits, caching, job queues for heavy tasks and monitoring. Load tests run before launch.

What's included

  • API contract design: resources, data schemas, versioning
  • REST or GraphQL development (GraphQL is a query language where the client picks exactly the fields it needs)
  • Authentication: JWT or OAuth 2.0, roles and permissions
  • Third-party integrations: payments, CRM, email, messaging, inventory
  • Webhooks (automatic notifications between services) and queues for background jobs
  • Input validation, error handling, rate limiting
  • OpenAPI/Swagger documentation and a Postman collection
  • Automated tests, logging and monitoring setup
  • Deployment to your server or cloud, with credentials handed over to you

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

You need to connect 2–3 services, such as website, CRM and payments

  • Data flow design
  • Integration with up to 3 services
  • Webhooks and error handling
  • Short handover notes for your team

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Contract design

We agree endpoints, data schemas and permissions before writing code. It's cheaper than changing finished work.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We first build one key integration or endpoint and measure it: response time, requests handled, manual work removed.

04

Staged development

We work in stages with payment per stage. After each one you get a working version and documentation.

05

Testing and launch

We test for errors and load, deploy, and hand over access, repository and docs.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise integrations with third-party services whose APIs are closed or change without notice
  • We don't guarantee a specific load capacity without testing on realistic data
  • We don't start without access to the documentation or a test environment of the service we need to connect

FAQ

REST or GraphQL: which should I choose?

REST is simpler and fits most cases: websites, CRMs, payments. GraphQL helps when several clients, such as a website and an app, need different sets of data. We recommend one during design, without pushing either.

What do you need from me to start?

A description of the task, a list of services to connect and access to their test environments. If you have old code or documentation, send it over. The project brief helps fill in the rest.

Can you extend or fix an existing API?

Yes. We start with an audit and document the current endpoints. Then we tell you what is worth fixing and what should be rewritten.

Who owns the code and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How is the price set?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: data flow design; Integration with up to 3 services. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Do you support the API after launch?

Yes, under a separate agreement: monitoring, bug fixes, and updates when third-party services change. We agree terms before we start.
