A web app built around your process, not another spreadsheet

We build browser-based software that matches how your business works: orders, client portals, internal tools, billing. We start with a pilot covering one workflow and one agreed metric, then expand. Code, accounts and access are yours under the agreed terms.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies running operations on spreadsheets, chats and memory
  • Service businesses that need a client or partner portal
  • Founders testing a SaaS idea with a first MVP
  • Teams whose process doesn't fit off-the-shelf CRM or ERP tools

Problems we solve

Data is scattered across sheets, inboxes and chat threads

We consolidate it into one database with role-based access. Everyone sees only what they need, and changes are logged.

Off-the-shelf tools don't fit and customizing them is costly

We map your workflow and build only what it needs. No unused modules, no per-seat licence creep.

I'm afraid the project will drag on and eat the budget

We start with a pilot: one workflow, one metric, staged payments. You see working software before committing to the next stage.

Routine tasks are still done by hand

We add automation: notifications, document generation, AI agents for repetitive steps, and CRM sync.

What's included

  • Requirements workshop and user-flow mapping
  • Clickable prototype before development starts
  • Responsive front end for phone and desktop
  • Back end and database (PostgreSQL or similar)

  • Integrations: payments (Stripe), email, messaging, CRM, third-party APIs
  • Admin panel for your team

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Prototype

We design the screens and walk through real scenarios. Changes are cheapest at this stage.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We build the first workflow and agree on the metric we'll judge it by.

04

Staged development

We work in sprints of a few weeks and demo working software after each. You pay per stage.

05

Launch and handover

We deploy to your cloud account and hand over code, credentials and documentation.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a finished product without your time: we need decisions and feedback from the people who will use it
  • We don't guarantee a SaaS idea will find buyers: we build the product, the pilot tests the market
  • We don't put everything into release one: extra features wait for later stages

FAQ

How much does a custom web app cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: one core workflow; Simple UI and authentication. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

What do I need to prepare?

A plain description of your process, examples of current spreadsheets or documents, and one person who can make decisions. Send brand assets if you have them.

Who owns the code and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Why not a no-code tool or an existing CRM?

If your process is standard, an off-the-shelf tool is cheaper and we'll tell you so. A custom app makes sense when the process is unusual, you need specific roles or integrations, or the software is the product.

How do you judge whether the pilot worked?

Before kickoff we agree on one measurable metric, such as time to process a request or orders placed through the portal. After the pilot we compare it with the starting point and decide the next step together.

Can you add AI features?

Yes: document search, draft replies, request triage, an AI agent inside a portal. We add them where they save time and tell you where plain logic is the better choice.
