An online store that takes payment and ships orders without manual work

We build a store with a catalog, online payments and shipping, from product structure to the first real order. We prepare a quote after your brief.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Brick-and-mortar retailers who want to sell online
  • Makers and distributors selling through DMs and email, buried in manual orders
  • Owners of a slow or outdated store that is hard to use on mobile
  • Founders launching a first product line who want to test demand

Problems we solve

Orders arrive in DMs and email and I lose track of them

We set up a cart and checkout. Every order lands in one system with status, payment and shipping details, so nobody retypes data.

Shoppers add items to the cart and leave

We shorten checkout: fewer fields, card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, address autocomplete. We add abandoned-cart emails. We cannot promise a specific lift, but we remove the obvious friction.

I don't know which platform to choose or what it will cost monthly

We compare Shopify, WooCommerce and custom development against your catalog and budget. We list recurring costs: hosting, transaction fees, plugins. The decision is written down before work starts.

Products live in one tool and stock levels in another

We import the catalog from spreadsheets or your inventory system and set up stock sync. We estimate the integration in the project brief before you sign anything.

What's included

  • Catalog structure: categories, filters, product pages with variants (size, color)
  • Responsive design, since most visits start on a phone
  • Product import from CSV or a feed file
  • Payments through Stripe, PayPal or your regional gateway
  • Shipping setup: flat rate, weight-based or carrier rates (DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail), plus pickup
  • VAT and sales tax settings, plus cookie consent for GDPR
  • Orders sent to your CRM, with alerts to email or Slack
  • Basic SEO: URLs, titles, sitemap, product structured data (so price and stock can show in Google)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, so ads can be measured
  • Training for your staff: add a product, change a price, process an order

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We agree on a measurable goal, such as the first paid test order and checkout time. The first payment stage locks the scope.

03

Structure and design

We agree the catalog, page types and checkout flow. You see mockups before development starts.

04

Build and content import

We configure the platform, payments and shipping, and import products. We test the full path from choosing an item to receiving the order alert.

05

Launch and handover

We go live, verify a real payment, and hand over accounts and files. Everything is registered to you under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a number of orders: sales depend on your product, pricing and ad spend, which is paid separately
  • We do not write descriptions or photograph thousands of products in the base price: you provide photos and text, or we scope it as a separate stage
  • We do not connect unusual inventory systems without an estimate first: we check what can actually be integrated

FAQ

How much does an online store cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: store on a ready platform with adapted design; Catalog up to 100 products with import. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Which platform do you use?

Most often Shopify, or WooCommerce when you need more flexibility. Custom development fits large or unusual catalogs. We choose based on your budget and the next two to three years, not habit.

Who fills the store with products?

You provide a product sheet, photos and descriptions. We import them, check them and fix format errors. If descriptions are missing, AI can draft them, but you review them.

Can I sell to customers in other countries?

Yes, with Stripe or another gateway that supports international cards. You need a registered business and a bank account. We set up VAT or sales tax rules, but your accountant confirms what applies to you.

Who owns the store after launch?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. A warranty period covers bug fixes. After that you can order ongoing support: updates, new pages, ad setup. We agree terms and prices in advance.
