SaaS development: more customers on one platform, without manual onboarding

We take your working SaaS product and make it ready for growth: multi-tenancy, subscription billing and scaling. We start with a pilot tied to a measurable KPI.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • SaaS founders whose product works but every new customer still needs manual setup
  • Companies turning an internal tool or service into a paid product
  • Startups that need subscriptions, trials and card payments
  • Teams whose app slows down as users and data grow

Problems we solve

We onboard every new customer by hand

We build multi-tenancy (many customers on one platform, each with isolated data). Sign-up, workspace creation and roles run automatically.

Invoices and payments live in spreadsheets

We add billing: plans, trials, subscriptions, invoices and recurring charges, typically with Stripe. Tax handling is set up with your accountant's input.

We worry the system won't survive more customers

We find the bottlenecks: slow database queries, missing caching, heavy background jobs. We fix them and add monitoring so problems show up before customers report them.

Every code change breaks something else

We add automated tests for key flows, untangle the most fragile modules and ship in small releases.

What's included

  • Audit of current architecture, database and code
  • Multi-tenancy model: data isolation, roles, permissions

  • Payment provider and webhook integration (automatic payment notifications)
  • Invoices, failed-payment reminders (dunning) and access limits for overdue accounts
  • Customer account area: plan, payment history, team members
  • Automated tests for critical flows and CI setup (automatic checks before each release)
  • Error and performance monitoring with alerts
  • CRM and AI agent integration for support and onboarding

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit

We review code, database, infrastructure and current pricing. You get a ranked list of risks and first steps.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We take one block and agree on a metric, such as minutes needed to onboard a new customer.

04

Small releases

We ship in parts so existing customers don't notice disruption. Every release passes automated tests.

05

Handover or ongoing work

All accounts, repositories and access are yours under the agreed terms. We either continue monthly or hand over to your team with documentation.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific growth in customers or revenue: that depends on your market and sales, not only on code
  • We don't rewrite the whole product from scratch without an audit: we first check whether that's needed
  • We don't give legal or tax advice on VAT and sales tax across countries: that's for your accountant and lawyer, we build the technical foundation

FAQ

What is multi-tenancy in plain words?

Many customers use one application but see only their own data. It's cheaper to run than a separate server per customer. Data isolation is easiest to design at the start and hard to add later.

Which payment provider should I use?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Can you add multi-tenancy to an existing app?

Yes, but the effort depends on how your database is built. That's why we start with an audit and quote only after it. Sometimes changing only a few modules is enough.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to the repository and environments, a short description of your customers and plans, and a list of current problems. If there's no documentation, that's fine: we read the code ourselves.

How much does it cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: review of code, database and infrastructure; Risks ranked by priority. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Who owns the code and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
