Touch kiosks and signage screens that run without babysitting

We build the software side of self-service kiosks and signage screens: interface, content management, payments, and a link to your CRM. Customers order on the spot, and you see everything in one dashboard. We start with a pilot on a single device and a measurable KPI.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Cafes, restaurants and fuel stations where queues at the counter cost sales
  • Clinics, salons and coworking spaces that need on-site check-in and service selection
  • Retail stores with promotions that change often
  • Developers, hotels and event venues that need wayfinding, information and lead capture

Problems we solve

There's a queue at the counter and people walk away

We build a kiosk where guests choose, order and pay by themselves. The order goes straight to your POS or CRM, so staff don't retype anything.

Changing a price or promo means visiting every screen

We build one dashboard to update content for all screens. You schedule it ahead: breakfast menu, evening offer, weekend promo.

A screen freezes or the Wi-Fi drops, and the kiosk is dead

We design for offline use: content is cached on the device, and orders wait in a queue until the connection returns. A crash restarts the app automatically.

Off-the-shelf platforms are costly and hard to adapt

We publish our prices, build around your workflow and hand over the code and access. You are not locked into someone else's subscription.

What's included

  • Touch interface: large buttons, few steps, automatic reset after inactivity
  • Kiosk mode: the app runs full screen and users can't exit to the system or browser
  • Content dashboard: images, video, menus, prices, display schedules
  • Card payments through a terminal or payment gateway such as Stripe Terminal or Adyen, plus receipts
  • Integration with your POS, CRM or back-office system via API (the way programs exchange data)
  • Offline mode: local cache and order queue
  • Remote monitoring: see which screens are online and get alerts on failures
  • Multi-language interface and basic accessibility: contrast, font size, button height
  • Device setup: autostart, auto-update, lockdown of unneeded functions
  • Handover of code, accounts and a short staff guide

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Scenarios and prototype

We sketch the screens and the user path, then test them with your staff or guests. Logic mistakes show up before development starts.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We launch one device and measure an agreed number: order time, share of self-service orders or leads captured. Then we decide together whether to scale.

04

Build and integrations

We refine the product based on the pilot and connect payments, POS and CRM. You pay in stages, and all access and files are yours under the agreed terms.

05

Launch and support

We set up the devices, train your staff and watch the system during the first period. After that you can keep us on support or run it yourself.

Scope and limits

  • We don't sell or supply hardware. You buy screens, terminals and enclosures, and we advise what fits.
  • We don't promise a specific rise in average order or conversion. That depends on your menu, location and foot traffic, and the pilot measures it.
  • We don't guarantee it will run on any old device. We test weak hardware before the start and tell you honestly if it needs replacing.

FAQ

How much does a kiosk cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: player app for the screen (Windows, Android or a mini PC); Dashboard for uploading content and scheduling. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Is the screen and enclosure included?

No. You buy the hardware from a supplier. We tell you which screen size and type, mini PC or tablet, and payment terminal work with the software.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Content is stored on the device, so signage keeps playing. A kiosk queues orders and sends them when the connection returns. Online card payment can't work offline, so a backup connection such as a mobile modem is worth having.

Can the kiosk connect to our POS or CRM?

Yes, if the system has an API or data export. We check the documentation before starting and flag risks. If there's no integration, we suggest workarounds, such as exporting orders to a spreadsheet.

Who owns the code and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What is a pilot and why do it?

It's a launch on one device with one measured goal, for example how many guests order without a cashier. After the pilot you can see whether buying more kiosks makes sense, so you don't pay for scale blindly.
