A client portal where customers see their data and documents themselves

We build a web portal with login, charts, documents and order history. Clients stop asking for updates by email, and your team stops assembling reports by hand.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Agencies and contractors who send clients reports as PDFs and spreadsheets
  • Subscription and service companies fielding constant "what's the status?" questions
  • Logistics, accounting and legal firms that share documents with clients
  • Startups that need a working first SaaS version without a year of development

Problems we solve

Clients email daily asking for statuses and invoices

We move statuses, invoices and files into a portal. Clients log in and see the current state. Your team only answers the hard questions.

Reports are stitched together by hand from spreadsheets, CRM and ad accounts

We connect sources through APIs (ready-made data links between services) and show the numbers as charts. Data refreshes on a schedule, or live where the source supports it.

Documents are scattered across email and chat apps

One document store with access rules: each client sees only their own files. You get upload history and notifications for new documents.

We worry one client could see another's data

Roles and data isolation are built in under the agreed terms, not bolted on at the end. Before launch we test with accounts of every role.

What's included

  • Email login with verification, optionally Google sign-in
  • Roles: client, manager, admin, each with different permissions
  • Dashboard with charts and tables, filtered by date and status
  • Document storage: upload, preview, search, archive
  • Connection to one to three data sources: CRM, database, spreadsheet, payment system
  • Email notifications for status changes and new documents
  • Responsive interface for phone and desktop
  • Admin panel for your team: add clients, edit data, export reports
  • Handover of code, server and accounts into your ownership

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Data and mockups

Together we decide which data to show and where it comes from. We design the screens and agree on them before development.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We build a minimal version for a few clients. The KPI is measurable, for example the number of "where is my document?" requests per month.

04

Staged development

We add features in stages. After each one you see a working version and pay for that stage separately.

05

Launch and handover

We test roles and access, launch, and train your team. Code, server and accounts are already yours.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise clients will switch to the portal on their own: it takes your announcement and some habit, and we help with emails and in-app prompts
  • We don't integrate systems with no API or export without agreeing it separately, as it can cost more
  • We can't guarantee accurate charts if the source data is incomplete or kept with errors

FAQ

How do you estimate the cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: login and one client role; One dashboard with 3–5 metrics. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

What do you need from me?

A description of who will use the portal and what they should see. Access to the data sources and sample documents. One person who can approve stages quickly.

Can you connect my CRM or spreadsheet?

Yes, if it has an API or data export. Popular CRMs, Google Sheets and databases are straightforward. For closed or legacy systems we first check what they allow.

How secure is client data?

Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, and access is split by role. We don't promise absolute security, but we follow standard practice and test data isolation before launch.

Who owns the code and server?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Can I pay in stages?

Yes. Payment follows each approved stage. We start with a small pilot with a measurable KPI and only then decide on the full version.
