Customers book themselves. Your staff stops answering phones

We build online booking for clinics, salons, hotels and rental businesses. Customers pick a service, a specialist or a unit, and a free slot. You see everything in one calendar, and reminders go out on their own.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Clinics and private practices: doctors, dentists, therapists, aestheticians
  • Salons, barbershops, massage and nail studios
  • Hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments and vacation rentals
  • Rental businesses: cars, equipment, studios, sports courts

Problems we solve

The front desk spends all day on the phone and inbox, and requests still slip through

We put a booking form on your site and in messengers. Customers see free slots and confirm on their own. Your staff just watches the calendar.

Double bookings: two clients get the same slot, or a room is sold twice

Every channel writes to one calendar and a taken slot is blocked instantly. For hotels we add two-way sync with Booking.com and Airbnb through iCal (a calendar feed those platforms read automatically).

No-shows because people forget

We set up reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email a day and a few hours before the visit. The customer can confirm, reschedule or cancel in one tap.

You can't tell where bookings come from or who comes back

We connect analytics and a CRM (a system that stores customer records). Each booking carries its source: Google, Instagram, paid ads or walk-in.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We agree on a measurable goal, such as the share of bookings made without a call to the front desk. We launch a lean version on one service or unit.

03

Staged build

We build the calendar, form, payments and reminders. You pay in stages and see working results after each one.

04

Testing and launch

We check cancellations, rescheduling, payment failures and simultaneous bookings. Then booking goes live on your site and in messengers.

05

Handover and support

All accounts, files and access are yours under the agreed terms. We show you how to make changes and can maintain the system under a separate agreement.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific rise in bookings or revenue: it depends on traffic, pricing and service
  • We don't replace medical records software or a hotel PMS: booking works alongside them
  • We don't guarantee third-party platforms: if Booking.com changes its sync rules, the integration will need an update

FAQ

Can you add booking to my existing site?

Yes. The Start package adds a widget to sites on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or custom code. If the site is outdated we may suggest a refresh, but that is your call.

What do you need from me?

A list of services with durations and prices, staff schedules, cancellation rules, and access to your site or domain. If you take deposits, we also need access to your payment account. We clarify the rest in the brief.

How do you prevent double bookings?

All bookings go into one calendar and a taken slot is blocked immediately. For hotels and rentals we add sync with outside platforms. It updates with a short delay, so for critical dates we keep a manual check.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. We connect Stripe or PayPal, and local providers where needed. You decide whether it is full payment, a deposit or no payment at all.

What are the monthly costs?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Can I add an AI agent that answers customer questions?

Yes. The agent can answer questions about prices and availability and book the customer into the same calendar. It works from rules and a knowledge base you approve, and hands complex cases to a person.
