An intranet where your team finds the right document in a minute

An intranet is a private internal site that puts procedures, policies, news and contacts in one place. New hires ramp up faster and colleagues stop answering the same questions.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies of 20+ people where knowledge lives in chats and in a few heads
  • Businesses with several offices or a remote team
  • Sales and support teams with slow onboarding
  • HR and managers who need policies and news in one place

Problems we solve

Procedures are scattered across Google Drive, Slack and email. Nobody knows which version is current.

We bring documents into one knowledge base with sections, tags and search. Every page has an owner and a review date, so stale content is easy to spot.

New hires spend their first month asking colleagues the same questions.

We build an onboarding section: first-week plan, access requests, checklists, videos and short quizzes. HR sees who completed what.

A key person leaves and their knowledge leaves with them.

We add simple page templates and an update routine, so knowledge gets written down during normal work, not in the last week before someone quits.

Access is all or nothing: everyone sees everything, or nobody finds anything.

We set up roles and departments, so finance sees finance and sales sees sales. Sign-in goes through your Google or Microsoft work account.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We launch with one department, such as sales or support. We agree on a measurable target up front, for example time to get a new hire working independently.

03

Structure and design

We agree on sections, roles and look and feel. You see a prototype before development starts.

04

Build and migration

We build the portal, migrate documents and set up sign-in and permissions. Payment is in stages.

05

Launch and training

We show admins how to run the portal. All accounts, files and access are handed over to you.

06

Support

After launch we fix issues and add sections as needed. Support terms are agreed in advance.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise the team will maintain the knowledge base on its own. You need a named owner and a habit of updating documents.
  • We do not write your policies and procedures. We provide templates and structure; your people know the content.
  • The AI assistant can be wrong, so it always shows its source, and for critical topics like finance or legal we recommend human review.

FAQ

Why not just use Google Drive or Notion?

Drive stores files well but does not tell you what is current. Notion or Confluence may be enough for a small team. A custom intranet makes sense when you need your own branding, complex roles, integrations with your systems and full control of your data.

Can an off-the-shelf platform do the job without custom development?

Sometimes, and it is often the best option. If Notion or Confluence is enough, we will say so and help you set up the structure. We propose a custom portal only when ready-made tools do not cover the need.

Where is the data stored and who can access it?

The portal runs on a server in your own account, not ours. Access, code and files belong to you under the agreed terms. Roles are set up so each person sees only what they need.

How much does it cost and what drives the price?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: section and category structure; Editor and article templates. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

How does the AI assistant work, and is it safe?

It searches only your documents and shows which file each answer came from. Permissions apply here too: it will not reveal a document to someone without access. You decide whether to use an external model or a privately hosted one.

What do you need from us to start?

A named owner on your side, access to your current documents and a few hours of interviews with department leads. You also need to decide who updates which sections. Without that, the portal goes stale quickly.
