A website redesign that converts better and keeps your Google rankings

We take your current site and rebuild its design and structure so visitors reach the enquiry or checkout faster. Search traffic is protected: we map old URLs to new ones and set up redirects.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Your site is several years old, looks dated and works badly on mobile
  • You pay for traffic or ads, but few visitors become enquiries
  • The site grew through patches and is hard to maintain
  • Your business changed (new services or markets) but the site still describes the old one

Problems we solve

The site looks outdated and buyers choose competitors

We build a new visual style in Figma (a design tool for interfaces) and agree on it with you before any code. You see every page up front.

People visit but don't send enquiries

We review the visitor path: where people stall and what confuses them, using analytics and session recordings (for example Microsoft Clarity). Then we restructure pages and calls to action.

I'm afraid a redesign will wipe out our Google rankings

We map old URLs to new ones, set up 301 redirects (automatic jumps from an old address to a new one), and keep titles and copy that already perform. After launch we monitor indexing in Google Search Console.

The site is slow and awkward to manage

We compress images, remove unused scripts and measure speed before and after. If needed we move you to a CMS you can edit yourself, so text and price changes don't need a developer.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We agree on one metric, such as enquiries from the homepage. We redesign that page first and compare it against the old version.

03

Structure and design

We build a prototype, then the Figma design. You comment directly in the mockup, so changes happen before development, not after.

04

Build and migration

We assemble the site on a staging server, migrate content and set up redirects. Forms, speed and mobile are tested.

05

Launch and monitoring

We launch at a time that suits you and check indexing and analytics. All accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific rise in leads or rankings: design is only part of the result, and offer, pricing, ads and demand matter too
  • We can't guarantee zero ranking movement: short dips after a site change can happen, and we reduce and track them
  • We don't write all content from scratch in the base packages: we adapt existing copy and photos, and new material is scoped separately

FAQ

How is a redesign different from a new website?

In a redesign we work with what exists: URLs, content, analytics and search history. That keeps what works and avoids starting from zero. If the old site is technically beyond saving, we'll tell you it's cheaper to build a new one.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Every redesign carries some risk, but it can be reduced. We carry over URLs and metadata, set up 301 redirects and watch indexing. Small fluctuations in the first weeks happen, and nobody can honestly guarantee none.

What do you need from me?

Access to your site, hosting and domain, access to analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console), and your logo and brand files. You'll also need a few hours for design reviews and questions.

What does it cost and how do I pay?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Can you redesign only part of the site?

Yes. We can start with the homepage and the pages that bring enquiries, then do the rest later. It costs less and shows sooner whether the new structure works.

Who owns the site after the redesign?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
