Take payments on your site and see every one in your CRM

We connect Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, LiqPay or WayForPay to your website or store. A payment goes through, the order status updates by itself, and the data lands in your CRM. You own every account and access key under the agreed terms.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Stores and services still collecting payment by bank transfer or invoice
  • Businesses selling to customers in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia
  • Sites with subscriptions or recurring billing
  • Teams where someone reconciles payments with orders by hand

Problems we solve

A customer pays, and I only find out from my bank app

We set up webhooks (automatic messages from the payment provider). As soon as a payment clears, the order in your CRM is marked as paid.

Visitors abandon the cart at checkout

We pick payment methods that match your audience: Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, bank debit. We test the flow on mobile and cut unnecessary steps.

I worry about card data and who controls the money

Card data is handled by the provider, not your site. The account is registered in your name, keys are stored securely, and only you hold admin access.

Refunds and cancellations mean editing three different systems

We link refunds to your CRM, so order status and amount update in one place.

How we work

01

Brief and provider choice

We learn who you sell to, in which currencies, and whether payments are one-off or recurring. Then we recommend a provider and explain the fees.

02

Account and verification

We register the account in your name and prepare the documents. The provider runs the review, so its timing is outside our control.

03

Integration and testing

We build the checkout, webhooks and CRM sync. We run test payments: successful, declined and refunded.

04

Launch and pilot

We go live with real payments and watch them closely. We agree a pilot KPI with you, such as the share of successful payments.

05

Handover

You get access, documentation and a short walkthrough. Payment for our work is split into stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise fast account approval: the provider decides, and it may ask for more documents
  • We can't lower provider fees: those are their rates, we only help you pick the better fit
  • We don't guarantee more sales: we remove friction at checkout, but traffic and offer are a separate job

FAQ

Which payment provider should I choose?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Are provider fees included in your price?

No. The provider takes its fee from each payment, and we have no influence over it. Our price covers only our work. We show you the exact rates before we start.

Can you add payments to an existing site?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Who owns the payment account?

What do you need from me to start?

Business details, payout bank details and documents for verification. We also need access to your site and CRM. The exact document set depends on the provider and your country.

Is it secure?

Card details are entered on the provider's side and are not stored on your site. We also secure webhooks and keep keys separate from code. No integration is risk-free, so we test thoroughly and monitor the first live payments.
