Accounting and ERP where orders, stock and money match

Your website brings orders, the CRM holds customer history, and the accounting system records the money and stock. We set up Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero or BAS and connect them to the rest, so data is entered once. Licences and accounts are in your name under the agreed terms.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners who run the books in spreadsheets and lose track of stock
  • Online stores where web orders are copied into accounting by hand
  • Companies that outgrew simple bookkeeping software and need ERP (one system for accounting, inventory, purchasing and finance)
  • Businesses that need QuickBooks or Xero with correct taxes and bank feeds

Problems we solve

Stock levels on the site and in the warehouse never match

We connect the store to accounting through an integration (automatic data exchange between programs). Orders and stock update without manual copying.

The bookkeeper keys in documents by hand, makes mistakes and runs late

We set up templates, charts of accounts and posting rules. Invoices and delivery notes are created from the order in one click.

You cannot see which products and customers actually make money

We build reports for margin by product, overdue invoices and cash flow. You open them in the system instead of assembling them in a spreadsheet each week.

The system is installed, but nobody knows how to use it

We remove unused modules, keep what you need and train your people on your own data. We also write a short guide for new hires.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

System choice and pilot

We agree on the system and a measurable KPI, for example the time it takes to issue an invoice. First we run one process on a copy of your data.

03

Setup and data migration

We build the structure, move balances and connect the website and bank. Everything is tested on real scenarios.

04

Training and launch

We train your team and run the old and new systems in parallel for a few days. Only then do we switch the old one off.

05

Support

For one month we fix small issues. All accounts, licences and files are already yours.

Scope and limits

  • We do not replace your accountant or file your returns. We configure the system; tax decisions stay with your accountant.
  • We do not promise to migrate messy data without cleaning. Duplicates and errors in old spreadsheets have to be fixed together.
  • Licences and hosting are not included in our price. You pay them directly to the vendor.

FAQ

Which should I choose: Odoo, QuickBooks or Xero?

QuickBooks and Xero suit companies that mainly need bookkeeping, invoicing and bank reconciliation. Odoo fits when you also need inventory, purchasing and CRM in one system. BAS is for businesses with Ukrainian accounting rules. The choice depends on your country, processes and budget.

Can accounting connect to my website?

Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce and custom sites have ready connectors or an API (a way for programs to exchange data). Sometimes a small custom script is needed, and we flag that in the estimate upfront.

How much do licences cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: setup of one system: QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo Accounting; Chart of accounts, templates and reports. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Will we lose data during the move?

Before migration we take a full backup and run a trial import. We then run both systems in parallel for a few days to check balances. The old system is switched off only after you confirm.

Do I pay the full amount upfront?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Can AI be added to accounting?

Yes, for narrow tasks: reading supplier invoices, drafting payment reminders, answering questions from your data. An AI agent does not make decisions for the bookkeeper. It prepares a draft, and a person checks it.
