A contract takes days to come back: print, sign, scan, email.
The contract is generated from the deal data in your CRM and sent to the client by link. They sign from a phone, with no printing or scanning.
We connect e-signature (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Vchasno for Ukrainian counterparties) to your CRM. A manager clicks one button on the deal, the client signs from a phone, and the signed file returns to the deal automatically.
Quote and schedule after your brief

The contract is generated from the deal data in your CRM and sent to the client by link. They sign from a phone, with no printing or scanning.
We build templates with merge fields. Company name, tax ID, amount and date come from the CRM record. Nobody retypes the same data, so transfer errors drop.
Signing statuses flow back into the CRM. The deal moves to the right stage on its own, and the manager gets an alert when the client signs or goes quiet.
The signed document and its audit trail (the record of who signed, when) are stored on the deal. Accounts and archive belong to you.
Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

We review your contracts, signers and the points where deals stall. We decide which tool fits: DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Vchasno or a mix.
We fix the list of templates, integrations and the one metric we will measure. Payment is in stages.
We create templates, link the signing tool to your CRM and set statuses and alerts. Every account is registered in your name.
We run it on a few live deals and measure one KPI, for example time from contract creation to signature. We fix what did not work.
We show your team the workflow and hand over access, templates and short documentation.
DocuSign and Adobe Sign are the common picks for international deals and have mature APIs. If you also sign with Ukrainian companies, Vchasno handles local requirements such as qualified signatures. We compare them against your volume and counterparties before you pay for anything.
In most EU, UK, US, Canadian and Australian cases, yes, under laws such as eIDAS, the ESIGN Act and their local equivalents. Some documents, such as certain real estate or family-law papers, still need other formats. Check your contract type with a lawyer, and we will configure the signature level they specify.
Any CRM with an API or webhooks (automatic notifications between systems): HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, or a custom system. Where there is no API, we will say so and suggest a workaround or a switch, with the trade-offs.
We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.
For a standard e-signature, usually not: they open a link and sign on a phone or laptop. Qualified signatures can require extra identity checks or a key, depending on the provider. We cover this in a short guide you can send to clients.
Sample contracts, admin access to your CRM, the list of signers and one person who approves the templates. We create the signing account under your company. You can start by describing the task in our We clarify requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
Describe your business, the outcome you need and your current workflow. We will clarify the requirements and prepare a quote after your brief.
