Know where every call came from, and stop missing them

We set up a virtual PBX (a cloud phone system) and call tracking (recording which ad or page produced each call). Calls land in your CRM and your reports show which channels bring customers. It links the site, the ads and the automation: customers arrive, and routine follow-up runs on its own.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies running ads who can't tell which campaign drives phone calls
  • Sales teams where calls are logged by hand, or not at all
  • Service businesses that take bookings by phone: clinics, repair shops, contractors, home services
  • Teams that need local numbers in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia

Problems we solve

I pay for ads but can't tell which campaign produces calls

We install dynamic call tracking: the site swaps the displayed number based on the visitor's source. Your report shows the channel, campaign and keyword for each call.

My team misses calls and I never find out

We configure queues, mobile forwarding, an IVR menu (the "press 1 for sales" menu) and missed-call alerts. Every missed call creates a task in the CRM.

I can't check how my team talks to customers

We turn on call recording and attach it to the customer's CRM record. Optionally we add AI transcription (audio converted to text) so you can skim conversations quickly.

Call data sits apart from website leads

We connect the phone system, site forms and CRM. A person who calls or fills in a form ends up in one record with a full history.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Choose the stack

We pick a provider and plan. Number and per-minute costs are shown upfront.

03

Set up

We connect the PBX, menu, queues, tracking and CRM. Every account is registered in your name.

04

Test

We place test calls from different sources and confirm the data reaches reports and the CRM.

05

Pilot with a KPI

We run it for an agreed period and measure a set KPI, such as the share of calls with a known source. Payment is made in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise more calls: call tracking shows the source, it doesn't create demand
  • We don't promise perfect attribution: some visitors block scripts, so data will be close to reality, not exact
  • We don't cover number and minute costs: you pay the provider directly

FAQ

Do I have to change my main phone number?

No. You can keep your number or port it to the PBX provider. For call tracking on the site we add a pool of extra numbers that swap based on the visitor's source.

How many numbers does call tracking need?

It depends on how many visitors are on the site at once and how many channels you track. A small site often needs only a few. We set the number after looking at your traffic.

Is call recording legal?

You must tell callers they are recorded, usually with a short message at the start. Rules differ by country and, in the US, sometimes by state, so we check them for each market. We are not a law firm.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Common ones such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or Salesforce, provided the PBX has an integration or an API (a way for programs to exchange data). If you have no CRM, we help you choose.

Who owns the accounts and recordings?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What costs are not included in your price?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: pBX and one number set up; IVR menu and forwarding. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.
