Developers embedded in your team, without the months of hiring

We scope a dedicated team around your product: development, testing and technical coordination. Roles, capacity, tools and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance. The quote and possible start date follow your brief.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Product companies short on hands, where in-house hiring is slow and expensive
  • Owners of sites and stores that keep growing: new features, integrations, AI agents
  • Startups building an MVP (first working version) who need to test it fast
  • Teams in the EU, UK or US that want European-timezone engineers at a sensible price

Problems we solve

We've been recruiting for six months and the backlog just sits there

We propose people from our own pool and show their profiles before kickoff. You interview them and decide who joins.

Freelancers vanish and leave code nobody understands

The team works in your repository under shared rules: code review, change descriptions, documentation. If someone leaves, we replace them without losing context.

Agencies take money upfront and nobody owns the outcome

We start with a 4-week pilot tied to a measurable KPI. Payment is staged, and all accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

The site exists, but CRM, automation and AI are never connected because nobody has time

The team builds out the chain from website to customers to automation: forms, CRM, AI agents, workflows. Your product stops relying on manual routine.

What's included

  • Candidate selection and introductions: developers, QA, a tech lead or designer if needed
  • Onboarding an agreed period: access, your conventions, a first small task shipped
  • Weekly sprints (short work cycles) with a plan and a delivery report
  • Code review and tests before every release
  • CI/CD setup (automated build and deploy) so releases don't depend on manual steps
  • Work inside your tools: Jira, Linear, Trello, Slack, Teams
  • Integrations with CRMs, payment providers, email and messaging platforms
  • AI agents and workflow automation built on top of your product
  • Documentation: architecture notes, setup guide, dependency list
  • Handover of repositories, servers and accounts, all created under your ownership from the start

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Team selection

We share profiles and work samples. You talk to candidates and approve the lineup.

03

4-week pilot

We agree on one measurable KPI, such as closing a defined set of tasks or shipping an integration. After the pilot you decide whether to continue.

04

Weekly rhythm

Sprints, a demo at the end of each week, a delivery report and next week's plan. Everything is visible in your tracker.

05

Scale or hand over

Add people or reduce the team with one month's notice. If you decide to hire in-house, we hand over knowledge and documentation.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise velocity that can't be measured. Pilot terms are fixed before we start.
  • We don't replace your product manager. Priorities and decisions stay with your business; we build and advise.
  • We don't put people on your payroll. This is a service contract, not employment.

FAQ

How is a dedicated team different from project outsourcing?

With a project you pay for a fixed scope. With a dedicated team you pay for people who work only for you, and you set their priorities. It fits best when tasks change week to week.

How much does a developer cost per month?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: one full-time developer; Joins your daily standups. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Can we stop if it's not working?

Yes. The first month runs as a pilot with a KPI. After that you can end the engagement or change the team with one month's notice. Payment is staged, so you aren't paying months in advance.

Which technologies do you cover?

Web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python), CRM and payment integrations, AI agents and automation. If your stack isn't one we know, we'll say so up front rather than guess.

Do you work in my timezone?

We work with clients in the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. Contracts and invoices can be in English, and we agree on overlap hours at kickoff. Full overlap with US West Coast is limited, so we plan around a shared window.
