Tone of voice: make every text sound like one company

We define how your brand speaks: traits, vocabulary, do's and don'ts, and worked examples. Your website, emails, sales team and AI agents then write in the same voice.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Founders whose copy changes depending on who wrote it
  • Companies about to launch a site, ad campaign or AI chatbot
  • Teams where several people write: marketer, sales, freelancers
  • Brands that talk to customers in more than one language

Problems we solve

Our site is formal, Instagram is jokey and sales emails are dry

We define 3-4 voice traits and set limits for each channel. Then we add "do" and "don't" examples for common situations.

Every new writer asks how we should sound

We write a short guide with a vocabulary, headline patterns and address rules. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

Our AI chatbot sounds like every other chatbot

We turn the voice into a system prompt (the instructions an AI agent follows) and test it on real customer questions.

We can't tell how our copy differs from competitors

We review the copy of 5-8 competitors and look for open ground in how they talk. Then we propose a voice that doesn't blend into the market.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit

We collect your copy and your competitors'. We look for where your voice drifts and where there is open space.

03

Voice draft

We propose traits, vocabulary and first examples. You mark what feels like you and what doesn't.

04

Test on real copy

We rewrite real texts and, if needed, run them through an AI assistant. We check that the tone holds.

05

Handover

You receive the guide and all working files. Everything is yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise sales growth: a voice helps copy work better, nothing more
  • We don't write your content forever: we deliver rules and samples, not monthly copywriting
  • We can't guarantee an AI agent never drifts from the tone: it needs checking and prompt updates over time

FAQ

How is tone of voice different from a logo or brand style?

Logo and colors are what people see. Tone of voice is how the brand speaks. It keeps your site, ads and emails sounding like one person wrote them.

Does a small business need this?

If you write most copy yourself and there isn't much of it, Basic is usually enough. It pays off when a second writer joins or when you launch ads or a chatbot.

What do I need to provide?

Your existing copy (site, posts, emails), examples you like and dislike, and a description of your customers. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

How does this help an AI chatbot?

We write a prompt with your rules, vocabulary and sample replies. The bot then answers in your style instead of generic phrases. We test it on real questions.

Can the guide cover two languages?

Yes. Languages differ in sentence length and formality, so we adapt the rules for each rather than translate word for word.

Who owns the materials?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
