Brand strategy that makes buyers understand why you, before they talk to sales

We define who your brand is for, what it promises and how it differs from competitors. You get a short document that guides your website, ads and AI agent scripts.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses entering a new market or niche
  • Companies with several products or divisions that confuse buyers
  • Owners preparing a rebrand, new website or ad launch
  • Startups that need to explain the product in one sentence

Problems we solve

We look like every competitor and end up competing on price

We review 5–10 competitors, your strengths and what customers actually ask for. Then we write positioning (the place your brand holds in the buyer's mind) that you can test.

Our website, ads and sales decks all say different things

We write key messages, a tone of voice and simple writing rules. They are easy to hand to a copywriter, a designer or to build into AI agents.

We have several divisions and no clear way to present them

We design the brand architecture (how the master brand, sub-brands and products relate) and show what belongs on the homepage and what goes into separate sections.

We are not sure who our customer really is

We run up to 5 short interviews with your customers or sales staff and describe 2–3 segments with their motives and objections.

What's included

  • Intro call with the owner and collection of source material
  • Competitor analysis: promises, visuals, weak spots
  • Interviews with customers or sales managers
  • Audience segments and their motives
  • Positioning: who for, what you offer, how you differ, why people should believe you
  • Brand architecture when there are several divisions
  • Key messages, slogan options and tone of voice
  • Short brand guide in PDF and Notion
  • Recommendations for the website, ads and AI agents based on the new positioning

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Research

We analyse competitors, the market and your data, and interview customers or sales staff.

03

Positioning draft

We present 2–3 positioning options with reasoning. You choose a direction.

04

Detailing

We write the messages, tone of voice and brand architecture if needed.

05

Handover and rollout

You get the brand guide and all files. Everything belongs to you under the agreed terms. Optionally we apply the strategy to your website, ads, AI agents and CRM.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise sales growth: strategy is a foundation, and results depend on how it is applied
  • We do not design a logo or visual identity in this service; that is separate work
  • We do not invent brand values with no basis in your data and customer conversations

FAQ

How is brand strategy different from a logo and design?

Strategy answers who you are, who you serve and why people should believe you. Design then visualises that answer. Without strategy, design can look good and still explain nothing.

How much of my time is needed?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: brief and analysis of 5 competitors; One target audience. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Can we skip customer interviews?

Yes. The Express package works from your data and market analysis. It is faster and cheaper but less precise. Interviews give you wording you cannot invent at a desk.

How do you check that the positioning works?

We offer a pilot with a measurable KPI, for example testing the new message on a landing page or in ads. We agree the metric beforehand. We cannot guarantee a result, but we can measure it.

Who owns the materials?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How is the work paid for?

In stages: part at the start, the rest after agreed milestones. We prepare a quote after your brief.
