How we work
Brief and requirements
You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.
Collecting materials
You send the logo, photos, references you like and the copy. If something is missing, we tell you where to get it or how to produce it.
First directions
We show 2–3 directions on one or two layouts. You pick one, so you never pay for work you did not want.
Revisions and full set
We finish all layouts in the chosen style and apply your changes in agreed rounds.
File handover
You receive final layouts, source files and fonts. Payment is made in stages, and all files and access belong to you.
Scope and limits
- We do not promise that every creative will bring sales. Results depend on your offer, price and audience, so we plan to test several variants.
- We do not do complex 3D graphics, motion videos or full logo development within this service. Those are separate services.
- We do not use images without a license. If you need a special photo, it has to be bought or shot separately.
FAQ
How many revisions are included?
Every package includes two revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of comments from you. If you need more, we quote them separately before starting.
Can you work from our existing brand book?
Yes. Send the brand book, or at least your logo and examples of past materials. If you have no brand book, we build a minimal visual guide at the start.
Which file formats will I receive?
Final layouts in PNG, JPG or PDF. Source files come in Figma, Canva, PSD or AI, depending on what we agree. For print we add a CMYK PDF.
Do you use AI in design?
Yes, for ideas, backgrounds and quick variants. A designer checks every final layout for text, fonts and proportions. If you prefer no AI-generated elements, say so in the brief.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?
Yes. We work with clients in Ukraine, the EU, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia. We can design in English and Ukrainian, and our prices for international clients are published in euros.
How quickly can you start?
We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. If your deadline is tight, tell us right away. We will say honestly whether we can make it.
