An AI engineer inside your team, without a full-time hire

Our engineer joins your chat, task board and CRM, and ships working AI features every week. You skip the months-long hiring search and pay only for the days you agree on.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies that need several AI agents and automations but have no in-house AI engineer
  • Product and engineering teams that want to ship AI features faster
  • Businesses past their first chatbot that now want AI connected to CRM, email and internal tools
  • Founders who need ongoing AI capacity rather than a one-off project

Problems we solve

We want AI, but we don't know where to start or whom to hire.

In week one the engineer maps your processes with you, picks the one where AI has a measurable payoff and runs it as a pilot. After that they work from a task queue you can see.

A senior AI engineer is expensive and our workload comes in waves.

You pay for agreed days per week, not a full salary. Scope goes up or down from the next month.

An agency built a demo that breaks on real requests.

Before launch we collect real examples from your work and run the agent against them. Every prompt change is re-checked on that same set.

We're afraid everything will depend on one person who keeps the code.

The repository, model accounts, automations and docs live under your access under the agreed terms. Each agent gets a short write-up so someone else can pick it up.

What's included

  • Daily participation in your standups and chats (Slack, Teams, Telegram) as a team member
  • Process audit and shortlist of automation candidates
  • AI agents and bots on OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models, chosen per task and budget
  • Integrations with your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho), email, calendar, Google Sheets and messengers
  • Workflows in n8n or Make, or in code when the logic is complex
  • Knowledge base for the agent (RAG: retrieval from your documents) and its upkeep
  • Evaluation on real examples, conversation logs and human handoff when the agent is unsure
  • Model cost monitoring with spending limits
  • Documentation and access handover so you can run it without us

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We pick one process and one metric, for example first-response time or tickets handled per week. How it will be measured is fixed before work begins.

03

Joining your team

The engineer gets access under your accounts and joins your chats and task board. You name one person who answers questions.

04

Weekly releases

Something ships every week: an agent, an integration or an improvement. You see the result and the change log.

05

Review and decision

After the pilot we look at the KPI. We continue, change the scope or stop. Payment is staged, with no long lock-in.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise error-free AI. Tests and human handoff reduce the risk, but zero mistakes is not possible.
  • We don't replace your developers or take on work unrelated to AI and automation.
  • We don't guarantee a specific saving or sales increase. We promise to measure the pilot KPI and show you the result honestly.

FAQ

How is this different from hiring an AI engineer?

You skip months of searching and don't pay a full salary when the workload is lighter. The engineer works agreed days, and scope can change from the next month. If AI becomes the core of your product, we can help you hire in-house and hand over the work.

Who owns the code, accounts and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What do the models cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

How do you protect customer data?

The agent only sees the data its task needs. Keys sit in a secrets store, not in code. If GDPR or other rules apply to your data, we discuss it at the start and choose the model and processing region accordingly.

What do you need from us?

One person who sets priorities and spends a couple of hours a week with us. Access to the systems we will work with. Real examples of conversations, documents and requests. Without them the agent understands your business less well.

Can we start small and stop if it doesn't work?

Yes. The pilot is one process and one KPI over a few weeks. After it, you decide whether to continue. Payment is staged, so you don't prepay for half a year.
