AI copy your audience recognises as yours

We document your brand's voice and set up a language model to follow it. You get fewer edits, a consistent tone across posts, emails and your website, and prompts your team can reuse.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Brands that publish posts, emails and product descriptions and spend hours fixing generic AI drafts
  • Marketing teams and editors working across several channels and writers
  • Owners adding an AI chatbot or AI agent who want it to sound like their company
  • Agencies and freelancers managing several brands who need to keep voices separate

Problems we solve

AI writes smoothly, but everything sounds the same and nothing sounds like us.

We collect your best writing and pull out the patterns: sentence length, favourite and banned words, how you address the reader. These become a voice guide and a set of examples for the model.

We re-explain our tone in every prompt and get different results each time.

We write a system prompt (a standing set of rules the model sees before every request) and a prompt library for your recurring tasks. Your team reuses it instead of improvising.

Different people write as the brand in different ways.

One guide with do and don't examples. A new writer or an AI agent lands in the right tone from the first draft.

We worry AI will invent facts or break our compliance rules.

We add forbidden phrases and fact-checking rules to the instructions. A person still reads every text before it goes out, and we show you what to check.

What's included

  • Audit of 15–30 of your existing texts: what sounds like you and what doesn't

  • Before-and-after example bank for each content format
  • System prompt for your model of choice (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini)
  • Prompt library for posts, emails, product descriptions and customer replies
  • Blind test round: 10–20 texts that you rate alongside your own writing
  • Revisions to the instructions based on your ratings
  • Hands-on team training, 60–90 minutes
  • Voice setup for your AI chatbot or agent, if you have one (separate package)

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Material collection

You send texts you consider on-brand, plus examples that miss. Customer reviews and internal style rules help too.

03

Guide and instructions

We describe the voice and write the system prompt and prompts. You approve the guide before testing.

04

Pilot with a KPI

We generate test texts and you rate them blind. We agree on a measurable target upfront, such as the share of texts you accept without edits.

05

Handover

We train your team and hand over all files and access. Payment is made in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise AI will replace your editor. A person reviews texts before publication.
  • We don't train a model from scratch. We work with instructions and examples, which is enough for most brands.
  • We can't invent a voice from nothing. If you have no existing writing, we shape the style together first, and that takes longer.

FAQ

How many texts do you need to start?

At least 10–15 texts you consider exemplary, ideally from different channels. If you have fewer, we help you write a few reference pieces together.

Is this expensive fine-tuning (retraining a model on your data)?

Usually not. For most tasks a guide, examples and a system prompt are enough. Fine-tuning is rarely needed, and we'll say so honestly in the estimate.

Will my texts end up training a public model?

That depends on account settings. We recommend plans and modes where your data isn't used for training and show you where to switch it on. The account is yours.

Does it work for more than one language?

Yes, we can build a voice for several languages. Each gets its own examples, because tone is usually lost in translation.

How do you measure the result?

In the pilot we agree on a target, for example how many test texts you accept with minimal edits. We don't promise a number upfront. We set it with you and record it.

What if the model updates and the tone drifts?

It happens. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. The first adjustment after an update is included in the month of support in the full package.
