Scope and limits
- We do not promise AI can recreate a product with no source image. We need at least one sharp photo or a 3D model.
- We do not guarantee generated small print or complex logos. We transfer them from your original, we do not generate them.
- We do not promise the photos will raise sales. We stand behind image quality, not buyer behavior.
FAQ
What do I need to send?
Sharp photos of the product from a phone or camera: even light, product in focus, a few angles. Add a SKU list and platform requirements if you have them. Send your brand guidelines if they exist.
Will the product in the image differ from the real one?
It should not. We do not generate the product itself, only the background and light. We match color to a reference and take shape and text from your photo. For complex items we also review every frame by hand.
Can you make photos with human models?
Yes, with limits. AI models handle garment fit and small items poorly. For clothing, a real model shoot is usually better, and we can help with backgrounds and retouching.
Will marketplaces accept these images?
For a main image on white, yes: it is standard retouching. For scene images we check each platform's rules, since some restrict edited visuals. We settle this during the pilot.
Who owns the finished images?
We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
What does it cost for more than 100 products?
