FAQ
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
A chatbot gives you a generic list. We work with your workflows, test tools on your examples and calculate costs. You get a decision, not a list of names.
Do you resell any of the tools?
No. We take no commissions from vendors. If the numbers say a subscription is the better choice, we will say so, even if it means less follow-on work for us.
What do you need from me?
Time for interviews, examples of real tasks, and view-only access to current subscriptions. We don't collect customer data without your consent.
When does building a custom solution make sense?
When ready-made tools don't connect to your CRM (the system where you track customers), don't meet your data requirements, or cost more than a build over 1–2 years. Otherwise buying is usually cheaper.
Can I order the implementation afterwards?
Yes. We can set up an AI agent, CRM or automation. It is a separate decision: the report is yours, and you can hand it to any contractor.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?
Yes, we serve Ukrainian and international clients. For the EU and UK we check personal data requirements separately. For the US and Canada we review each vendor's data storage terms.
