A team that uses AI at work every day, not one that has just heard about it

We run practical workshops where your people solve their real tasks with AI: emails, reports, proposals, customer replies.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners of small and mid-sized companies whose staff tried ChatGPT without any system
  • Heads of sales, marketing and support
  • Offices and agencies with a lot of writing, spreadsheets and email
  • Companies preparing for AI agents and workflow automation

Problems we solve

We pay for AI subscriptions, but only one or two people actually use them

In the workshop each person takes a real task from start to finished result. You keep a library of ready prompts for every role.

I worry staff will paste customer data into a chat

A dedicated security block: what can and cannot be shared, how to set up team accounts, and how to opt out of model training on your data. We draft a one-page usage policy.

AI writes smooth text that turns out to be wrong, and we don't know how to check it

We teach verification: where models fail most often, how to ask for sources, how to check numbers. We walk through typical failures from your industry.

Training sessions fade within a week

Most of the time is practice, not slides. We assign a week of homework and hold a short follow-up call to deal with what came up.

What's included

  • Kick-off call with the manager and a short survey for the team on time-consuming tasks
  • A program built for your industry and roles, with no generic theory
  • Hands-on work in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, whichever fits you best
  • Exercises on your own anonymized documents, emails and spreadsheets
  • A prompt library for each role in Notion or Google Docs
  • A data-security block and a short AI usage policy
  • A demo of simple automations in Make or n8n (tools that connect apps without code)
  • A recording and written summary for anyone who missed it
  • A follow-up call an agreed period later to review what worked in practice

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

How we work

01

Intro and survey

We talk with you and collect the team's answers: which tasks repeat, which tools you already have, what people are worried about.

02

Program and terms

We agree on topic, format, group size and price. Payment is in stages: part before the start, the rest after the workshop.

03

Material preparation

You send sample documents without personal data. We build the exercises on them, not on made-up examples.

04

Workshop

A short explanation, then practice. Every participant leaves with a finished result on their own task.

05

Follow-up

We hand over the prompt library, recording and summary. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise AI will replace staff or cut costs by a set amount. Results depend on how the team applies the skills.
  • We don't teach programming or train AI engineers. This is training for users, not developers.
  • We don't buy subscriptions for you or take access to your accounts. All accounts and files stay yours.

FAQ

How many people should attend?

Groups of 5 to 15 work best. For more people, we suggest splitting into two groups so everyone can practice and we can help each person.

Do participants need prior experience?

No. We start simple and adjust to the group's level. People who already use AI get harder tasks.

Which tools do you cover?

The main language models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and, if needed, Microsoft Copilot. We choose what fits your team and budget. You buy the subscriptions, and the accounts stay with you.

What about data privacy?

We ask for anonymized materials for exercises. The workshop covers which data must not go into public services, and we draft a short policy for the team. This is not legal advice: for contracts and personal data rules, please consult a lawyer.

Can the workshop be held online?

Yes. Online works well for groups up to 10. For larger groups, or teams new to AI, on-site is better because it's easier to help each person.

How do you measure the result?

In the one-month program we agree on one measurable metric in advance, for example time to produce a typical document. We measure it before and after the training. For single workshops, the result is a set of working prompts and skills you can test in daily work right away.
