Test your AI idea on a prototype, not a full project

An AI pilot is a working prototype for one business task. We agree on inputs, test scenarios and a measure for assessing the outcome. The review helps decide whether the solution should be expanded.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Founders who want to use AI but don't know where to start
  • Teams with a repetitive task: customer replies, lead handling, documents, reports
  • Managers who need a working demo for investors or partners
  • Companies with a website or CRM that want to add automation

Problems we solve

Everyone talks about AI, but I can't see what it would do for my business

We take one narrow task and build a prototype on your real data. You see the result in practice, not in a slide deck.

I'm afraid of spending a large budget on something that won't work

A pilot costs a fraction of a full build. We fix a KPI (a measurable success target) before we start, so the decision to scale or stop rests on numbers.

Vendors promised a lot before and delivered little

Payment is in stages, and all accounts, files and access are yours under the agreed terms. You can take the prototype and continue with anyone.

I'm not sure my data and processes are suitable for AI

The first stage checks data quality, sources and constraints. If the idea doesn't fit, we tell you honestly before development begins.

What's included

  • Task review and choice of one scenario to test
  • KPI agreement: what we measure and which value counts as success
  • Audit of the data the prototype will use
  • Choice of model and tools (for example, large language models via API, n8n or Make to connect services)
  • A working prototype your team can access
  • Testing on real examples from your business
  • A log of errors and edge cases where the AI behaves inaccurately
  • A results report measured against the KPI
  • Cost and timeline estimate for full rollout
  • Handover of all files, prompts (written instructions for the AI) and access

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Express Check

When you need to test one simple hypothesis quickly

  • One scenario
  • Prototype built on off-the-shelf tools
  • Test on your sample set
  • Short report with a conclusion
Discuss this scope
02

Integrated Pilot

When the prototype must work with your CRM, email or website

  • One scenario with a measurable KPI
  • Connection to one system (CRM, messenger or website)
  • Test run with your team
  • Results report and scale-up plan
Discuss this scope
03

Agent Pilot

When you need an AI agent that completes several steps on its own

  • An AI agent for one process
  • Connection to 2–3 systems
  • Safety rules and handover to a human
  • Staff training
  • KPI report and rollout estimate

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

KPI and pilot limits

Together we choose one metric, such as response time or the share of correctly handled requests. We write down what is in the pilot and what is not.

03

Prototype build

We assemble a working version on your data. You see interim results and can change direction.

04

Testing

We check the prototype on real examples and log the cases where it gets things wrong.

05

Report and decision

We compare results with the KPI. You get a conclusion, a full-rollout estimate, and all files and access.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise the idea will work: the pilot exists to test it honestly, and a negative result is still a result
  • We don't build a production-ready product: a prototype shows what is possible, it doesn't replace full development
  • We don't guarantee perfect AI accuracy: models make mistakes, so the pilot includes human review

FAQ

How is a pilot different from a full project?

A pilot covers one task and one scenario. It is shorter and cheaper, and its goal is to produce numbers for a decision. The full project is then built on a tested foundation.

What do you need from me?

A description of the task, examples of real data (requests, documents, conversations) and one person who can answer questions. If the data contains personal information, we will discuss how to anonymise it.

How do you set the KPI?

Together at the start. It could be handling time, share of correct answers or hours saved. We write down the threshold value before work begins.

What happens if the pilot misses the KPI?

We show where and why it fell short. You can change the approach, test another idea or stop, without having committed to a large project.

Who owns the prototype?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

Is it safe to share data with you?

We use only the data the task requires and anonymise it where possible. Before starting, we agree which services and models are used so you can check them against your security policy.
