How is this different from regular consulting?
We compare implementation options and agree on the scope. You get concrete steps with costs and KPIs, not abstract advice. We prepare a quote after your brief.
What do I need to prepare?
Time for 2-5 conversations, access to your CRM or sheets with leads and sales, and a description of your current process. If something is missing, we'll help gather it.
Do I have to hire you to implement the plan?
No. The plan is yours and is written so any contractor or in-house team can execute it. If you want, we can run the pilot and judge it against the KPI.
How do you handle customer data safely?
The document separates data that can go to AI services from data that cannot. For sensitive data we suggest anonymisation or self-hosted models. Legal review, including GDPR, should be done with your own lawyer.
