AI readiness audit: what to automate first, what it returns, and what it risks

We review your processes, data and tools, then show where AI saves time or money and where it doesn't. You get a short, prioritized plan with cost estimates and risks. No vague talk about the future.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners of small and mid-sized businesses who hear about AI but don't know where to start
  • Sales and support leads with a lot of repetitive work
  • Companies that tried ChatGPT or a chatbot and saw no clear benefit
  • Teams that need an independent assessment before approving a budget

Problems we solve

Everyone talks about AI and I don't know what I actually need

We list your processes and score each on three things: time spent, how repetitive it is, and how sensitive the data is. That shows what to automate first.

I'm afraid of paying for an AI project that never pays back

For each idea we estimate setup cost, monthly running costs (subscriptions, model usage fees) and the hours it frees up. You see where the investment has a realistic chance of returning.

I don't know what happens to customer data once AI is connected

We check which data reaches AI services, where it is stored and who can access it. We explain the risks in plain language and suggest safer options.

My team isn't ready, or resists change

We assess who will use the new tools and what training they need. We propose a small pilot rather than replacing everything at once.

What's included

  • Interviews with the owner and key people (up to 3 calls, 45–60 minutes each)
  • Process map: where time goes, where errors happen, where manual routine sits
  • Review of data and systems: CRM, website, spreadsheets, email, messengers
  • Scoring of each idea: time saved, setup cost, complexity
  • Risk check: personal data, model errors (hallucinations), dependence on a single vendor
  • Tool selection for your case, with a simple comparison and pricing
  • Ranked list: do now, do later, don't do
  • Pilot plan with a measurable KPI an agreed period
  • Final document and a 60-minute walkthrough call

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Interviews and access

We talk to you and key people. We ask for view-only access to your CRM, spreadsheets or reports, with no edit rights.

03

Analysis and scoring

We break down processes, estimate potential savings, look for risks and match tools.

04

Report and walkthrough

You receive the document with priorities and a plan. In the call we explain each finding and answer questions.

05

Pilot, if you want one

We take one idea from the ranking and run a pilot with a clear KPI. Payment in stages; all accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific savings percentage: it depends on your processes and data, so we give a range
  • We don't implement anything during the audit: that is separate work, and you can hand it to another team
  • We won't push AI where it doesn't fit: if a simple automation or a process change works better, we'll say so

FAQ

How is an audit different from a consultation?

A consultation gives general advice. An audit gives a document built around your company: your processes, numbers, risks and order of action. You can show it to your team or partners and act on it.

What do I need to prepare?

Time for interviews, a list of tools you use, and examples of typical team tasks. Sample reports or correspondence without personal data help too. System access is view-only.

Will you see my customers' data?

We ask for the minimum and don't need customers' personal data. Where possible we work with anonymized examples. Confidentiality terms go into the contract.

What do I get at the end?

A document with a process map, ranked ideas, cost and risk estimates and a pilot plan with a KPI. Plus a call where we explain the findings. All files belong to you.

Can you implement the plan after the audit?

Yes, but you don't have to hire us. We offer a pilot with a clear KPI and staged payment. If the result doesn't convince you, you can stop without long commitments.

How does the audit connect to the website and customer acquisition?

Our chain is website, customers and automation. The audit shows which steps in that chain are worth automating: lead replies, CRM updates or reporting. That way you don't buy what you don't need.
