A site that stays online, and updates that don't break it

We set up reliable hosting, automated deployments, backups and monitoring for your site. If something goes wrong, we hear about it before your customers do. Every account and credential is registered to you.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners of sites and online stores losing orders to downtime or slow pages
  • Companies whose developer left and nobody knows who holds the logins
  • Businesses running ads that don't want to pay for clicks to a page that won't load
  • Teams afraid to update the site because something always breaks afterwards

Problems we solve

The site went down overnight and I heard about it from a customer.

We set up monitoring that checks the site every minute and alerts both of us. The response time is written into the contract rather than promised verbally.

Cheap hosting, slow site, and support that answers in days.

We size the server to your traffic and turn on caching and a CDN (a network of servers that deliver images and files from the point closest to the visitor). Pages load faster, which helps both ads and search.

Hosting and domain logins stayed with a previous contractor.

We register everything under your email and company: domain, server, code repository. We work as an invited admin, and you can remove our access at any time.

Updates are scary: a form stops working or a section disappears.

We test changes on a staging copy first. Before each update we take a backup, and if something goes wrong we roll back within minutes.

What's included

  • Hosting selection and setup: a VPS (virtual server) or managed cloud that fits your site
  • Domain, DNS and SSL certificate (the padlock and https in the browser address)
  • CI/CD: automatic checks and deployment of changes, with no manual file copying
  • Staging environment: a copy of the site where changes are tested before going live
  • Automated backups of database and files, stored separately, with test restores
  • Uptime and speed monitoring with alerts to chat or email
  • CMS, plugin and library updates, tested before release
  • Baseline security: firewall, login attempt limits, two-factor authentication for the admin panel
  • CDN and caching setup for fast loading
  • Monthly report: what we updated, what we found, what we recommend changing

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Plan and quote

We propose the hosting, package and timeline. All prices and terms are written down upfront, and you pay in stages.

03

Migration or launch

We configure the server, domain and SSL, move the site to a staging copy and test it. We switch traffic at a quiet time and keep the old version as a fallback.

04

Automation and monitoring

We turn on CI/CD, backups and alerts. Together we confirm that a backup can actually be restored and agree on response times.

05

Monthly support

We update, watch speed and security, and respond to incidents. Once a month you get a short report.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise zero incidents. We promise to notice them quickly and act within the response time agreed in the contract.
  • We don't fix someone else's broken code for free. If the problem is in the site itself, we quote that work separately.
  • We don't guarantee protection against every attack. We reduce risk, but absolute security doesn't exist.

FAQ

Can you move my site from another hosting provider?

Yes. We copy the site, bring it up on the new server and test it before switching. We don't cancel the old hosting until you confirm everything works.

Who owns the hosting, domain and code?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

What is CI/CD and why would I need it?

It is an automated pipeline: a developer makes a change, the system checks it and publishes it to the site. Less manual work, fewer mistakes, faster fixes. If something breaks, the previous version can be restored.

How do you know the site is up?

Monitoring checks the site from several locations and alerts us if it stops responding or becomes too slow. The response time and contact channels are fixed in the contract.

Is the server cost included in the price?

It depends on the package. Server and domain costs appear as a separate line in the quote, with no markup. Server payments go through your own account, so you see the real price.

Can I order a one-time setup without monthly support?

Yes. We set up hosting, CI/CD and backups, then hand over documentation. But without support nobody watches updates and alerts, so for a site that earns money we recommend at least the Starter package.
