Get your hacked website back: malware removed, entry point closed

Is your site redirecting visitors to spam, showing strange ads, or flagged by Google as unsafe? We clean the files and database, find how the attacker got in, close that hole and request the warning removal. Prices are public, payment is staged, and you own every account and file.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners of WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Magento and other CMS sites
  • Online stores whose visitors see browser warnings or get redirected to other sites
  • Companies whose site disappeared from Google results or got a "deceptive site" flag
  • Anyone whose host suspended the account for spam or malware

Problems we solve

Visitors get sent to casino or pharmacy pages

We search files, the database and the theme for malicious code and remove it, rather than hiding the symptom. We test from mobile and from different countries, because some malware only shows itself to first-time visitors.

Google or Chrome says the site is dangerous and traffic dropped

After cleaning, we submit a review request in Google Search Console (Google's free dashboard for site owners) and follow up. Warnings are often lifted within days, but the timing is Google's call.

It was cleaned once and got hacked again a week later

We look for the cause: an outdated plugin, a weak or stolen password, or a backdoor (a hidden entry the attacker left for later). We close it, rotate all passwords and keys, and update the stack.

I don't know what was taken or whether I must notify anyone

We review server logs where the host keeps them and write a short incident note: what was touched, whether customer data was at risk, and what to do next. For legal advice on breach notification (GDPR and similar), you need a lawyer.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Backup and diagnosis

We snapshot the site as it is and find what is infected and how the attacker got in.

03

Cleanup

We remove malicious code and rogue accounts, update the system and rotate passwords.

04

Hardening

We close the entry point, enable two-factor login, login limits and automatic backups.

05

Verification and handover

We recheck the site, blacklists and Google status, then hand over the incident note. Payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise the site will never be hacked again: we reduce the risk, we cannot remove it
  • We cannot guarantee the date a Google warning disappears: Google makes that decision
  • We cannot restore data that the attacker deleted if no clean backup exists anywhere, including at your host

FAQ

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your hosting and site admin, plus a description of what you see. If you have a backup from before the hack, send that too. You can change all credentials after the work, and every account stays yours.

Can I just delete the suspicious files myself?

It's risky. Malware often hides in several places and a deleted file reappears. You can also break the site. Take a backup first and find the cause of the breach.

How long does cleanup take?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

Will the "unsafe site" warning go away?

In most cases yes, once the malware is truly gone. We submit the review in Google Search Console. How long Google takes to respond is outside our control.

My host suspended my account. What now?

Send us the host's message. We clean the site and prepare an explanation for the host's support team so the account can be restored.

Can you maintain the site after the cleanup?

Yes, as a separate service with its own price. After the cleanup you can hire us for maintenance or anyone else. All files and access stay with you.
