API documentation that lets developers integrate without emailing your support team

We write API docs and build developer portals: reference, code samples, sandbox and a quickstart. Partners get to a first working request faster, and your support queue gets shorter.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • SaaS companies opening an API to customers and partners
  • Startups whose docs live in one Notion page or one developer's head
  • Product teams preparing a public API launch
  • Businesses with integrations where support answers the same technical questions every week

Problems we solve

Partners email support instead of reading the docs

We structure docs around tasks: authentication, first request, common errors. Every example is copy-paste runnable and tested against your API.

The docs are out of date because the API changes and the text does not

We generate the reference from your OpenAPI spec (a machine-readable description of your API). When the spec changes, the site updates.

Your team has no time to write, and no technical writer on staff

Our AI pipeline drafts from your code and spec. A senior specialist reviews every section and fixes inaccuracies.

The docs look like an exported PDF and do not build trust

We build a proper portal with search, API versions, dark mode and a language switcher for code samples.

What's included

  • Audit of existing material and your OpenAPI spec
  • Portal structure: quickstart, guides, reference, changelog
  • Method reference generated from the spec
  • Request examples in cURL, JavaScript and Python (other languages on request)
  • Authentication, rate limits, error codes and webhooks explained
  • Interactive sandbox for test requests (if your API has a test environment)
  • Search and API versioning
  • Publishing setup: Docusaurus, Mintlify or a custom site, domain, SSL
  • Every example verified against real requests to your API
  • A handover guide so your team can update the docs itself

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We document one key integration flow. Together we set a measurable target, such as time to first successful request for a test developer.

03

Draft and verification

AI drafts the sections, a specialist edits them and runs every example against your API.

04

Publishing

We deploy the portal on your domain and your accounts. All access and files are yours under the agreed terms.

05

Handover

We show your team how to update the spec and pages. Payment is staged, tied to each result.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise that support will stop getting questions. We reduce them, not remove them
  • We do not write docs without access to the spec, a test environment or a developer who can answer questions
  • We do not guarantee a sandbox without a test environment. You may need to build one separately

FAQ

What do you need from us to start?

An OpenAPI spec or code access, a test API key, and someone who can answer technical questions. If there is no spec, we can write one, as a separate step with its own estimate.

Which platform do you use?

Most often Docusaurus or Mintlify, sometimes a custom Next.js site. We pick based on budget and who will update the text. You are not locked in: the repository and hosting are on your accounts.

Can the docs be in several languages?

Yes. We can deliver English, Ukrainian or both. For international partners we suggest starting with English. Translating later updates is scoped as a separate item.

How do the docs stay current?

The reference builds from your spec. When you update the API and the spec, the pages update. Guides and examples need manual review, so we leave you a short checklist.

Can AI write the documentation alone?

No. AI speeds up drafts, but a person checks accuracy and runs the examples. Without that, docs end up describing endpoints that do not exist.

What does it cost and how do we pay?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
