All your devices in one screen: live data, alerts and reports

We build a web app that collects data from your sensors, meters and equipment and shows it on clear screens. You see what is happening and get an alert when something goes wrong. We start with a pilot on a few devices and one measurable KPI.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Factories and warehouses monitoring temperature, humidity or machine uptime
  • Hardware makers who need a customer portal for their devices
  • Energy, agriculture and field-service companies with stations, meters or trackers
  • Property and facility owners who want consumption and faults in one place

Problems we solve

Device data sits in separate tools and spreadsheets, and nobody sees the full picture

We pull every stream into one database and build a single dashboard. Existing spreadsheets can be imported.

We learn about failures when it is already too late

We set alert rules: thresholds, lost signal, unusual readings. Notifications go to Slack, Telegram, email or SMS.

Customers ask for access to their devices' data, but there is no portal

We build roles and tenant views, so each customer sees only their own devices. PDF and CSV report export is included.

Staff handle routine by hand: reports, repair tickets, reminders

We automate it: an alert opens a ticket in your CRM, reports go out on schedule, and an AI agent summarizes what happened in plain language.

What's included

  • Review of your devices, protocols and the metrics that matter
  • Device connection via MQTT or HTTP (standard data protocols) or a vendor API
  • Time-series storage (data stored with timestamps) and an event log
  • Dashboard with charts, map and device status
  • Alert rules and notifications via Slack, Telegram, email or SMS
  • User roles and separate customer portals
  • Reports with PDF and CSV export
  • CRM or third-party integration where needed
  • Testing on real devices and under load
  • Deployment on your infrastructure, documentation and team training

Choose the scope

Use a package to describe what you need. We agree on the quote and schedule after reviewing your brief and requirements.

01

Pilot

Testing the idea on 5–20 devices with one KPI

  • One device type connected
  • Dashboard with status and charts
  • 2–3 alert rules
  • Telegram, Slack or email notifications

02

Working product

Companies running real processes on device data

  • Up to 3 device types
  • Roles and customer portals
  • Reports and export
  • CRM integration
  • Configurable alert rules

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We pick one metric, such as alert response time. We connect a few devices and check that the idea works.

03

Staged development

We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. Payment is staged too.

04

Testing on real devices

We test connection loss, power failures, duplicate messages and load.

05

Launch and handover

We deploy, train your team and hand over. All accounts, code and access are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We do not write firmware or design hardware in the base packages. We work with existing devices, and firmware can be quoted separately
  • We do not promise gap-free data: if a device drops offline, the dashboard shows that instead of inventing values
  • We do not fix a deadline until we see the device documentation and have access to test units

FAQ

Which devices do you work with?

Devices that send data over MQTT, HTTP, a LoRaWAN gateway, or that have a vendor API. An older device with no connectivity needs a gateway. We assess that at the start.

What do you need from me to start?

A list of devices, their documentation, access to 1–2 test units and a description of the decisions you make from the data. The project brief helps collect the rest.

How much does it cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: one device type connected; Dashboard with status and charts. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Where is the data stored?

On a server registered to you, in the cloud or on your own infrastructure. You choose the region. Access and backups are yours as well.

Can I pay in stages?

Yes. Payments are tied to delivered stages. After the pilot you decide whether to continue.

Who supports the system after launch?

We can support it under a separate agreement, or hand it to your developers with documentation. The code and access are yours either way.
