Payments, KYC and open banking in your product, without months of integration work

We connect payment acceptance, customer verification (KYC) and bank data access through open banking. It is the step between your site and your customers: people pay without friction, and automation plus CRM handle the routine after payment. We prepare a quote after your brief.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Online stores and service businesses that need payments, subscriptions or instalments
  • Startups building a SaaS or app with wallets, transfers or lending
  • Companies that must verify customers (KYC) before a deal or payout
  • Businesses that want to pull bank account data automatically for accounting or scoring

Problems we solve

The payment provider doesn't fit, and switching looks expensive

We compare providers for your countries, currencies and fees first. Payment logic sits in a separate layer, so changing provider later does not break the product.

Some payments hang and orders don't match the money

We handle webhooks (automatic status notifications from the provider), retries and idempotency (protection against double charges). We add reconciliation between payments and orders.

I'm worried about regulation and customer checks

We connect a KYC provider and build the document check flow and data storage. Your lawyer assesses licensing and compliance; we build the technical side to their requirements.

My team reconciles statements and sends invoices by hand

We connect open banking (client-approved API access to their bank accounts) and automate reconciliation, reminders and payment records in your CRM.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Provider selection

We compare options by country, fees and verification requirements. You approve the choice.

03

Pilot with a KPI

We launch one core scenario, such as a successful payment or a completed KYC check, and agree a measurable target.

04

Build and test

We build the integration in sandbox and test failures, refunds and retries. Payment is made in stages.

05

Launch and handover

We switch to live keys and set up alerts. All accounts, files and access go to you.

Scope and limits

  • We don't issue licences or replace a lawyer: regulatory questions stay with your counsel or compliance advisor
  • We don't promise a connection to every bank: open banking depends on the country and on API availability
  • We can't guarantee a provider will approve your business: onboarding decisions are theirs

FAQ

How much does a fintech integration cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: provider selection; Card and wallet payments. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Which payment providers do you work with?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

Who is responsible for storing card data?

The provider handles cards on its hosted page or fields, so card data does not reach your server. This greatly reduces PCI DSS scope. Your advisor should confirm full compliance.

What do you need from me?

Company details for provider registration, access to the provider dashboard, a description of your payment flows, and a legal contact if KYC is involved. Delays most often come from provider onboarding.

Can I switch providers later?

Yes. We keep payment logic separate from the rest of the product, which makes a switch cheaper. We preserve your data and tokens as far as the provider allows.

Is there support after launch?

After launch we monitor payments for an agreed period and fix defects in our integration. Ongoing support can be arranged separately. All access stays with you.
