A fast Next.js or Astro website your team can edit without a developer

We build the site's frontend separately from the CMS, so pages load fast and your team updates content on its own.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses outgrowing a site builder or a WordPress install buried in plugins
  • Companies with several languages or markets that need fast pages in every region
  • Products whose site must talk to a CRM, payments, inventory or an AI agent
  • Teams that publish often: blog, catalog, knowledge base

Problems we solve

The site is slow and our ad and search costs suffer

We pre-build pages (static generation) and serve them from a CDN close to the visitor. We check Lighthouse scores before launch and again after.

Every small edit means asking a developer and waiting

We model content in the CMS around your tasks: blocks, templates, draft previews. A marketer changes copy or prices, and the site updates in minutes.

We worry about plugin vulnerabilities and breakages

The public site is static files with no database on the server, which shrinks the attack surface. The CMS runs separately behind logins and roles.

The website is disconnected from the rest of the business

We connect forms, payments, CRM and email tools through APIs. A lead lands in the CRM automatically, and an AI agent can pick it up from there.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We first build one key page plus the CMS and agree a measurable target, such as load time or time to publish. Then we scale.

03

Design and content model

We agree on layouts and CMS structure together, so editors get clear fields instead of a mess.

04

Build and migration

We build in stages and show progress on a staging link. We move content over from your old site.

05

Launch and handover

We set up the domain, redirects and analytics. All accounts, files and access are yours under the agreed terms, and payment is in stages.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a first-page Google ranking. A fast site helps, but rankings also depend on content and competitors.
  • We do not recommend headless for everyone. If you edit a small brochure site once a year, a simpler setup is enough and we will say so.
  • We do not hide running costs. A CMS and hosting can carry monthly fees, and we price them before we start.

FAQ

What does headless mean in plain terms?

The site's front end and its content store live separately. Next.js or Astro renders the pages, while text and images sit in a CMS. Each can be changed without touching the other.

How do Next.js and Astro differ?

Astro suits content-heavy sites with little interactivity and ships very little JavaScript. Next.js suits stores, dashboards and complex interfaces. We pick based on your use case, not trends.

Can my team edit pages without a developer?

Yes. We design the CMS around your page types and give you draft previews before publishing. After launch we run a training session and hand over a short guide.

How do you estimate the cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: astro with a simple CMS; Up to 10 template-based pages. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

What do I need to provide?

Copy and images, or access to your current site, brand assets, a list of integrations and domain access. If content is missing, our AI pipeline drafts it and you approve it.

Can I leave without being locked in?

Yes. The repository, CMS, hosting and domain are registered to you under the agreed terms, so another team can pick up the work without us.
