A campaign microsite, live in about a week and collecting leads under the agreed terms

A microsite is a small standalone site built around one promo, product launch or event. It has one job: get a signup, registration or sale.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Businesses running a promo or seasonal sale
  • Organizers of events, webinars and courses that need registration
  • Companies launching a product who want to test demand before building a full site
  • Teams buying ads who need a page made for that specific campaign

Problems we solve

The campaign starts next week and there's no room for it on our main site

We build a separate microsite on a subdomain or its own domain. Your main site stays untouched. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

Ads send people to a generic page and they don't know what to do next

We design the page around one action: lead, registration or purchase. Copy, form and button match the ad the visitor came from.

Leads get lost in inboxes and chat apps

The form connects to your CRM and sends alerts to Slack, Telegram or email. If useful, we add an auto-reply or an AI agent that asks follow-up questions.

We can't tell whether the campaign is working

We set up analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta pixel) and conversion goals: lead, click, payment. Before launch we agree on the KPI that defines success for the pilot.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Goal and KPI

We agree what counts as a result: a lead, a registration or a payment. We set a measurable KPI for the pilot.

03

Design and copy

You see the layout and text before development starts. Changes are made at this stage.

04

Build and connect

We build the page and connect the form, CRM and analytics. We test on phones and in several browsers.

05

Launch and handover

We publish the site and hand over all access and files. Payment is staged, and everything is yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of leads: it depends on your offer, price and ads
  • Ad management isn't part of the microsite: it's ordered separately
  • We don't take on campaigns that need a large multi-page site: that's a corporate website project

FAQ

How is a microsite different from a landing page?

A landing page is usually a long-term page about your offer. A microsite is built for one campaign with an end date: a promo, launch or event. They are technically similar, but a microsite is quicker and cheaper because it needs less structure.

What do I need to provide?

Your offer, terms and dates, a logo, and photos or video if you have them. Access to your domain and CRM, if you already use them. We help prepare whatever is missing.

Can it really be live in a week?

Yes, if materials and feedback arrive on time. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

What happens to the site after the campaign ends?

You decide: keep it as an archive, switch it to a waitlist for the next campaign, or take it down. The domain and files stay with you.

Do you also set up the ads?

Yes, as a separate service. The microsite also works without paid ads, for example for an email list or social traffic.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
