An admin panel your team can run without a developer

We build a content management system (CMS) around your actual workflow: catalog, services, leads, articles. It contains only what your team uses.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies with a large catalog where WordPress and plugins have become slow
  • Teams where several people edit content with different permissions
  • Businesses that want one back office for site content, leads and mailings
  • Projects with custom logic: calculators, bookings, client accounts

Problems we solve

Changing a price or a paragraph means emailing a developer

We build editing forms for exactly the fields you change. Your manager edits and publishes without touching code.

An off-the-shelf CMS is bloated with plugins and slow

We keep only the features you need. Less code means faster pages and a smaller attack surface.

Everyone sees everything and can break a page by accident

We set up roles such as editor, manager and admin, plus drafts, version history and rollback.

Leads get lost between inboxes and chat apps

Forms connect to your CRM and notifications. Each lead reaches the right person with full details attached.

What's included

  • Workflow review: who edits, approves and publishes what
  • Data modeling: content types, fields, relations
  • Stack choice: headless CMS (Strapi, Directus, Payload) or a custom admin on Next.js or Laravel
  • Admin interface with field validation and editor hints
  • Roles, permissions, version history, drafts
  • Image and file upload with optimization
  • Content import from your old site (CSV, API, WordPress)
  • Integrations: CRM, email, payments, Slack or Telegram alerts
  • Backups and an editor guide
  • Handover of repository, server and all access

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We build one key section first. We agree on a metric, such as time to publish a page, and test it.

03

Staged development

You pay in stages. You see a working version on a staging server, not just mockups.

04

Content migration and training

We import data and check it by hand. We train your team on your real pages.

05

Launch and handover

All accounts, code and access are yours under the agreed terms. A warranty period covers bug fixes after launch.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a custom admin beats an off-the-shelf CMS. For a simple site WordPress is often enough, and we will say so.
  • We do not build without your content and a decision-maker. We need sample data and one person who approves.
  • We do not promise more sales from an admin panel alone. It saves your team time and reduces errors.

FAQ

How is a custom admin different from WordPress?

WordPress is general-purpose, so it carries a lot you do not need. A custom admin has only your fields and roles. It costs more upfront, so for a simple site we may recommend WordPress.

Who owns the code and access?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How much does it cost?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief and requirements. A first stage can cover: headless CMS on a proven base; Up to 5 content types. Scope, payment and schedule are agreed before work starts.

Can you migrate content from the old site?

Yes, through CSV export, API or directly from the database. Messy structures sometimes need manual cleanup, which we include in the estimate.

Who maintains it after launch?

A warranty period covers bugs. After that you can maintain it yourself, with us, or with another team. The documentation and code make that possible.

Can AI be added?

Yes. For example product description drafts, translations or lead sorting. A person reviews the output before publishing, because AI makes mistakes.
