A catalog website where buyers pick products and send an inquiry, not ask for a price list

A catalog without a cart shows your products or services with photos, specs and filters. The sale closes in conversation: the buyer sends an inquiry and your team follows up. We build the site, connect inquiries to a CRM and set up automatic replies so no request gets lost.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Manufacturers and wholesalers who sell on quotes and negotiated prices
  • Companies with a large range: furniture, equipment, building materials, parts
  • Service businesses with packages where the price depends on the project
  • Distributors and dealers who need a catalog for partners and new buyers

Problems we solve

Our range lives in PDFs and spreadsheets, and buyers keep asking for a price list by email

We move your range onto the site: product pages, categories, search and filters. Buyers find what they need and send an inquiry with the items they picked.

An online store feels too heavy: payments, stock, shipping, when sales go through a manager anyway

We build a catalog with no cart or online payment. It is simpler and cheaper. If you need a store later, the data structure can be extended.

Inquiries arrive in several places and get lost

Requests from forms, chat and calls land in one CRM (a system to track customers). Your manager gets a notification and the buyer gets a confirmation.

The catalog goes stale because only a developer can update it

We set up a simple admin panel and import from Excel or Google Sheets, so your own staff can keep products and prices current.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Structure and pilot

We agree categories and filters and build a pilot section of the catalog. Together we set a measurable KPI, such as inquiries from the catalog per month.

03

Design and build

We design key pages, then build the site. You see a working version on a test link midway through.

04

Content and integrations

We import products and connect the CRM, analytics and forms. We check that every inquiry reaches your manager.

05

Launch and handover

We launch, hand over access and train your team. All accounts and files are yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We do not promise a set number of inquiries or a Google ranking: it depends on your niche, prices and competition
  • We do not write copy or shoot photos for thousands of products: content is on your side, we help with templates and import
  • This service has no cart or online payment: for that you need an online store

FAQ

How is a catalog site different from an online store?

A catalog has no cart, online payment or stock tracking. The buyer picks items and sends an inquiry, then your team takes over. It is cheaper and faster to build. If you want payment on the site, you need a store instead.

How many products can it hold?

As many as you need, from a few dozen to several thousand. For large ranges we set up spreadsheet import so nothing is typed by hand. Item count affects the timeline and the cost of loading content.

What do I need to provide?

A product list with names, specs and prices or price ranges, plus photos, a logo and contacts. If you lack materials, we advise where to start and build a pilot on part of the range.

Can I add a cart later?

Yes. We structure the data from the start so the catalog can grow into a store. Some design and pages will need extra work, but you will not start from scratch.

Who owns the site and accounts?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.
