Stop losing customers to what Google shows about you

We audit what people see when they search your company, then change it. We remove what can legitimately be removed and push down the rest with accurate, strong content. You start with an audit and a written plan, not promises.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Companies with negative articles or forum threads on the first page of Google for their name
  • Local businesses with a low Google Maps or Trustpilot rating that hurts enquiries
  • Founders and executives targeted by false or outdated stories
  • Teams in the middle of a crisis: a social media backlash, an outage, a wave of complaints

Problems we solve

I Google my company and the first page has a negative article.

We map the results: what ranks, who owns it, and what can be challenged. Then we file removal requests where there are grounds, and build pages and mentions that gradually push the rest down.

Competitors or ex-customers left false reviews.

We collect evidence, report policy violations to Google, Trustpilot or Facebook, and draft honest public replies. We never write fake positive reviews: platforms penalise that.

A crisis has started and my team has no shared position.

We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies. One voice instead of five.

After the cleanup, the negative could come back and I wouldn't notice.

We set up brand monitoring: Google Alerts and tools such as Brand24 or Mention. AI groups mentions by topic and tone, so you see a problem the day it appears.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Audit

We check results across devices and regions, and collect reviews and mentions. Each item goes into one of three groups: remove, dispute, or suppress.

03

Plan and pilot with a KPI

We agree on one measurable target, such as the number of negative pages on page one or your average Google Maps rating. We run a pilot first, then scale.

04

Execution

We file requests, write replies and publish content. Payment is in stages. All accounts and files are in your name under the agreed terms.

05

Monitoring and reporting

We watch for new mentions and show you the numbers monthly. When things are stable, we hand over documentation and access.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise to remove any article or review. If content is true and doesn't break the law or platform rules, it stays. We can only move it down the results.
  • We don't write fake reviews, buy bots or attack competitors. It breaks platform rules and often backfires.
  • We don't guarantee a specific Google position by a specific date. Results depend on algorithms and third-party sites, so we commit to a plan, a process and reports.

FAQ

How long does reputation recovery take?

The schedule depends on scope, materials, access and external approvals. After your brief we agree on stages and acceptance criteria. For marketing outcomes, we also agree on how to measure progress: rankings, leads and sales depend on more than the work delivered.

Can a negative article be removed from Google?

Only with grounds: a legal violation, personal data, defamation or a breach of platform rules. In the EU, GDPR gives a right to erasure; in the US and UK, options depend on the case, often going through the site owner or the courts. We assess the odds before we start and tell you if they are low.

What do I need to provide?

Links to the negative material, your explanation of what's true and what isn't, and evidence such as emails, contracts and screenshots. We also need access to your site, Google Business Profile and social pages. Without evidence, complaints are weaker.

Could we make things worse by drawing attention to the negative?

Yes, that risk is real. It's called the Streisand effect. So we don't open with loud public replies. We first check how many people actually see the material, and sometimes quietly pushing it down works better than engaging.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Payment terms are agreed with the quote before work starts. For a staged project, we describe the result and acceptance criteria for each stage. Support and third-party services are listed separately.

How does this connect to my website and leads?

Visitors from ads or search usually Google your company before they enquire. If they see negative results, you lose them however much you spend on ads. So reputation works alongside your site and ads, and monitoring can plug into automation: alerts, AI-drafted replies, entries in your CRM.
