One system for your online store and your shop counter

Stock, prices, orders and customers live in one place. Whether someone buys on the site or at the till, your inventory and reports tell the same story.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Retailers with one or several locations who run or are launching an online store
  • Businesses whose online and in-store stock keeps drifting apart
  • Owners who want online and offline sales in a single report
  • Brands moving off marketplaces into their own channel and opening a first showroom

Problems we solve

We sold the last item in the shop, but the website still shows it in stock. Then we cancel an online order.

We connect the POS and the store to one inventory. Every sale in any channel deducts stock right away. We agree the sync delay up front and show it in the settings.

Prices and promotions get changed in three places: the site, the till and a spreadsheet.

We set up one source for prices and promotions. Change it once and it updates everywhere. If a channel needs its own price, that is a rule, not a manual edit.

I don't know who my customers are. Online they are one person, in the shop another.

We match buyers by phone or email into one profile with purchase history. Loyalty points and discounts work in both channels, and the data flows into your CRM (customer database).

Returns, receipts and click-and-collect are handled separately and keep getting mixed up.

We configure returns in any channel, tax-compliant receipts for your country, and click-and-collect from the site with the order appearing as ready at the till.

What's included

  • Audit of current systems: what is in the till, the warehouse, the site and the spreadsheets
  • POS selection for your format (for example Shopify POS, Square, Lightspeed), with a 12-month cost comparison
  • One product catalog: SKUs, barcodes, variants, prices
  • Two-way stock sync between the store and the POS
  • Receipts, refunds and end-of-day reports set up for local tax rules
  • Click-and-collect: item reservation, ready status, confirmation at the till
  • A single customer profile, loyalty points and promo codes across both channels
  • Connection to payments, shipping and your CRM, plus notifications
  • Migration of existing products and customers from your old system
  • Staff training (video guides and a live session) and one week of support after launch

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a measurable KPI

We launch one location and part of the catalog first. We agree a metric up front, such as the number of stock mismatches per month.

03

Build and data migration

We configure the system, integrations and receipts, move products and customers, and check everything with test sales.

04

Launch and training

We train your staff, roll out to all locations and watch the first week closely. Issues get fixed immediately.

05

Handover

All accounts, keys and files are in your name under the agreed terms. Payment is in stages, so you see results before the next payment.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise instant sync. Stock updates with a short delay, and we tell you exactly how long.
  • We don't buy hardware or pay your POS licenses. Those are your costs; we help you choose and connect them.
  • We can't promise old data imports cleanly. Duplicates and empty SKUs need fixing, and we do that together.

FAQ

Do I need to rebuild my website?

Usually not. If your site runs on a common platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce, we connect it as it is. If it has no API (a way to exchange data), we say so during the audit and offer options.

Which POS system will you recommend?

It depends on your format. A café, a clothing shop and an electronics store need different things. We compare two or three options on cost and features and explain the trade-offs. You buy licenses and hardware on your own account.

What does support cost after launch?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Can we start with one location?

Yes, that is our usual path. A pilot on one location shows whether the setup works, and only then do we roll it out to the rest. It lowers risk and you see results sooner.

What do I need to prepare?

Access to your current POS, store and product spreadsheets. Also one person who knows the range and prices and can answer questions during the project. Without that, timelines slip.

Who owns the accounts and data?

We agree on the handover of code, materials and account access before work starts. Third-party licences and services are listed separately when needed.
