We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

WooCommerce is the WordPress plugin for online stores. You own the site, the data and the costs. We set up the catalog, payments, shipping and order handling, so the store becomes the base for ads, CRM and AI agents.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Offline retailers moving online
  • Stores outgrowing a hosted builder
  • Businesses with custom pricing, discount or shipping rules
  • Owners who want to control their site and data without platform rent

Problems we solve

My store builder blocks features unless I pay more

WooCommerce extends through plugins and custom code. We pick the fewest extensions needed so the site stays fast.

Orders land in email and get lost

We connect a CRM (a system to track customers and deals) and messenger alerts. Every order gets a status and an owner.

Shoppers leave before paying

We simplify the cart and checkout, add the payment and shipping methods your market expects, and set up abandoned-cart emails.

I fear being locked in by an agency

Hosting, domain and admin accounts are in your name under the agreed terms. You can take the project elsewhere at any time.

What's included

  • Design and build to your brand, mobile-first
  • Catalog structure, filters, product pages with variations (size, color)
  • Product import from Excel or CSV
  • Payments: Stripe, PayPal or local gateways for your market
  • Shipping rates and carriers: UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, USPS or others
  • Tax, currency and language setup where needed
  • Basic SEO: URLs, meta tags, sitemap, page speed
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with purchase events
  • CRM connection and order notifications
  • Admin training and a short manual

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Pilot with a KPI

We launch the core flow: product, cart, payment. We agree on a measurable target, such as checkout completion time.

03

Build

We design the store and set up integrations. You review progress on a staging site.

04

Testing

We walk the full buyer path: payment, shipping, emails, mobile.

05

Launch and training

We move the site to your live domain, hand over access and train your team.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific number of sales: that depends on product, price and traffic
  • We don't build a 10,000-product store at the Start price
  • We don't take full payment upfront: we work in stages

FAQ

WooCommerce or Shopify?

WooCommerce fits you if you want flexibility and ownership without a monthly platform fee. Shopify is simpler to start but limits logic and charges fees. We'll advise after a short brief.

What are the ongoing costs?

We prepare a quote after reviewing your brief. We list support and any third-party costs separately: subscriptions, APIs, hosting or media spend where the project needs them. Provider rates are checked before work starts.

Can I add products myself?

Yes. We train you on the admin and provide a short manual. Bulk changes are easiest through Excel import.

Can WooCommerce handle a large catalog?

Yes, with solid hosting and database tuning. We build this into the Scale package.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, product list with descriptions and photos, shipping and payment terms, and legal details. If something is missing, we'll show you how to prepare it.

Who maintains the site after launch?

After launch we include a bug-fix period. After that, you can agree on separate support: updates, backups, changes. You can also hand the site to another provider.
