Find out why customers don't buy before you redesign anything

We talk to your customers, collect their motives and objections, and turn them into specific changes to your site or product. You stop guessing and decide from evidence.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Business owners with traffic but few enquiries
  • Teams planning a new site or app who don't want to build blind
  • Products where users drop off at signup or checkout
  • Companies entering a new market or niche

Problems we solve

We invested in a website and enquiries are low, and we don't know why

We interview customers and people who didn't buy. You see where hesitation happens and what to change first.

Everyone on the team has a different opinion about what customers want

We collect real quotes and group them by theme. Evidence settles the debate, not the loudest voice.

We don't know why customers actually choose us

We use Jobs To Be Done (JTBD: the job a person is hiring your product to do). You get the customers' own language for headlines and ads.

Our survey produced lots of numbers and nothing we can act on

We design surveys around one decision. Every question ties to a change you'll make based on the answer.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Plan and script

We define who to ask and write an interview script with no leading questions. You approve it.

03

Recruiting

We find participants in your customer list and open channels, then agree timing and terms.

04

Interviews and survey

We run the conversations and launch the survey. AI helps with transcription, and a person draws the conclusions.

05

Analysis and report

We group motives and barriers and build the journey map. Then we rank changes by priority.

06

Handover

We present the report and hand over recordings, transcripts and spreadsheets. Everything is yours under the agreed terms.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific sales increase: research shows what to change, and results depend on how you implement it
  • We don't draw statistically precise conclusions from small samples: interviews explain why, not market share
  • We can't find participants if you have no customer base and no budget for incentives

FAQ

How many interviews do we need?

For one audience, 5–8 conversations usually reveal repeating motives. Several segments need more. We set the exact number in the research plan.

What do you need from me?

The research goal, access to customer contacts and some time to approve the script. If you have no customers yet, we recruit from open channels.

Should we pay participants?

Existing customers often agree for free. For cold audiences, a small incentive such as a discount or gift card works better. That budget is separate from our fee.

What is Jobs To Be Done?

It's an approach that describes the job a person is hiring your product to do. Not "buy a drill" but "hang a shelf". It makes the real motive easier to see.

How are you different from a traditional agency?

We prepare a quote after your brief. An AI pipeline speeds up transcription and first-pass analysis. A senior specialist checks every conclusion.

What happens after the research?

You get a prioritised list of changes. We can then implement them on your site, rewrite copy, or set up ads and automation around what we found. You can also take the report to another studio.
