See where customers get stuck on your site, then fix it

We give real people real tasks on your website or app and watch how they get on. You get session recordings and a prioritized fix list.

Quote and schedule after your brief

Who it's for

  • Owners of sites and online stores with traffic but few leads or orders
  • Teams planning a redesign who want to validate it before development
  • Startups about to launch an app or first product version
  • Companies entering a new market who need to check the site with local users

Problems we solve

People visit the site but don't submit an enquiry

We record 5–8 people going through your path to enquiry or checkout. You see exactly where they stop and what throws them off.

Everyone on the team has a different opinion about the page

We replace debate with observation. Short clips from real sessions settle the 'I think users want…' arguments quickly.

We're afraid to pay for a redesign and get it wrong

We test a prototype (a clickable mockup without code) before development. Fixing a Figma file costs far less than rebuilding a live site.

Ads bring people in, but they drop off at the form or cart

We test the form, cart and payment step separately. We look for hesitation, confusing fields and missing trust signals.

How we work

01

Brief and requirements

You describe the task and current workflow. We clarify requirements, choose a first stage and prepare a quote.

02

Scenarios and participants

We write neutral tasks and recruit people who resemble your audience.

03

Running sessions

Participants complete the tasks while we record screen, voice and reactions. We agree on the schedule after clarifying scope and dependencies.

04

Analysis and report

We review recordings, group the issues and rank them by their effect on enquiries or sales.

05

Walkthrough and action plan

We show clips and agree what to fix first. All recordings and files are handed over to you.

Scope and limits

  • We don't promise a specific conversion lift. The test finds problems; results depend on what you fix and how.
  • We don't replace statistics. 5–8 people reveal most usability problems but can't give exact numbers for your whole audience.
  • We don't recruit niche audiences at a fixed price. Rare roles, such as clinicians or CFOs, make recruiting more expensive.

FAQ

How many participants do I need?

For the main problems, 5–8 participants from one audience group is usually enough. If you have several distinct customer groups, we test people from each, which raises the budget.

How is this different from analytics and heatmaps?

Analytics shows what people did and where they left. A usability test shows why: we hear what the person was thinking and what confused them. Together they give a fuller picture.

Can you test a site that isn't built yet?

Yes. We can test a clickable Figma prototype or even static mockups. Finding a problem at this stage is cheaper than after launch.

What do you need from me?

Access to the site or prototype, plus a description of your goals and audience. If you have a customer list, help us invite participants from it. If not, we recruit through a panel.

Do participants get paid?

Yes, participants usually receive a small incentive. For the express test it's included in the package price when recruiting from an open panel. For niche audiences, recruiting costs are quoted separately and agreed before we start.

Can you test with an international audience?

Yes. We run tests in English and recruit participants in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia. Price depends on the country and how specific the audience is, so we quote it after the brief.
